Made an 830am appointment for an oil change. Was there right at 8am & decided to go home since I live less than a mile away. After returning an hour or so later I notice my vehicle wasn't moved. I go in to see if I'm done & ready to go... nope. Though the lady that arrived after me was certainly take care of asks on her way. Do NOT go to this business. Last night we called and the technician told us the issues with the car that it could be a fuel pump or EVAP issues, we were told they had the ability to run a smoke test etc. Elated, we brought the car to the business and dropped the keys in the box. We followed up in the morning and they told us they just got the car up on the lift. We didn't hear from them again, so we called around 2:30pm. The manager Jason was extremely rude. After being told that they have the ability to handle EVAP codes - they couldn't complete the work. Thankfully we followed up multiple times because they had my car and never called us. We followed up and we were told "Take your car to the dealer, we can't do this work here," after literally having the car ALL day and not touching base.... then my husband says "You didn't call us after all day so we could have gotten it take care of today and you didn't diagnose it, so we're not paying the fee." Jason says "Whatever man, come get your car." Awful! If these are professionals and offer complete care. False advertisement. Now, I have to take another unpaid day of work off. I have already submitted a formal complaint to corporate and my next stop is the BBB. Ridiculous. Didn't want to give any stars at all! read more

Made an appointment for an oil change. While on the phone, asked if they could accommodate my car since it sits low. I was told no problem-which I knew since I'd been here before. Dropped my car off only to be called a little while later to pick it up since they couldn't get it on the lift because it was low to the ground. Asked him how they were able to change my oil before. No answer, just a blank stare. Asked if they had new or updated lifts since the last time I was there. The poor man looked confused that a woman was asking this question. I already knew that the lifts hadn't been changed, since I had a picture of my car on their lift the last time it was there, and the lifts are the same in the photo and what is currently in the shop. I've been trying to get in touch with someone now for four days. This is finally going to escalate to the store manager. I was going to let it go, but after seeing all these bad reviews, I'm interested to hear what kind of BS they're going to try to feed me. They picked the wrong woman to try this with. I worked in an auto parts store and an auto shop, and I know my way around the shop and around cars. Someone just didn't want to work the day I brought my car in. They lost a good customer. I never had a problem, been going to Firestone for multiple different things for the past couple years. The past couple times I have gone for an oil change it's just been bad. Not the customer service, but you can tell whoever is doing maintenance hates their life. Never putting the sticker to let me know when to return etc. And this time they left black sticky stuff from the pervious sticker (that I had to go in and ask them to put on the last time I went b/c they didn't then either). Smh. Like u don't have a razor to take it off? Smh. So time to go. read more

took over 2 hours to do a simple oil change even though I had an appointment (they didn't actually start for 90 mins after I got there) then I find out weeks later they didn't tighten the oil filter and the car had been leaking oil the whole time. Manager did not want to take responsibility for the mistake and made it seem like i did something to cause the leak?? they could've ruined my engine, and didn't want to even reimburse me for the oil I bought to top it up what had leaked out. On 8/2/2025 at approx. 4:45pm (the store closed at 6:00pm) I walked into this Firestone Complete Auto Care and explained to the Customer Service Representative (Tyler) that my car was approximately 200 feet from the store in the parking lot in front of the Wine and Spirits store with a flat tire. I asked him could I get some assistance. He told me that the next appointment time available was the next day (8/3/2025). I was rather perplexed because this was an emergency situation for me but to him it appeared to be routine as was his non compassionate response. Because my former background is in Customer Service I definitely knew he needed training in Customer Service. Needless to say I needed the help then so I called a relative of mine who lived ten minutes away and he came and changed my spare which I could not do based on my current health condition and it took him approximately 15 minutes. The really sad part of the story is I was in the process of getting four new tires from this Firestone Complete Auto Care; but experiencing the lack Customer Service Hospitality I will shop elsewhere...Tyler...its not you...it's the Company you work for that allows you to treat people with a lack of compassion. read more

I took my truck to the Absecon store to repair a tire for me. Somehow missed a second hole within 2 inches of the repair. They obviously don't check their work. I brought my truck back this time they scratched the paint on my vehicle. The tech denied scratching it. I filed a claim with Firestone corp who after a few days denied my claim stating, they had multiple witness stating I did the damage. So they failed to repair my tire, they scratched the paint on my truck, and then they lied to cover it up. Not the kind of place you want to trust with your vehicle! read more

do not ever give them your business you will regret it!!! they scammed me. they refused to give me a receipt for 10 days that had a mail in rebate. then i had to go back in to get a copy printed. then the rebate said it doesn't work. it's so much worse than this i don't have 3 hours to keep writing. just never give them any business please for your own sake and your car sake!!! read more

I see a person working inside and shrug to him like Im here for my appointment, he shrugs back at me and goes back to doing what he was doing. I was left standing in the parking lot freezing. I go home and call letting them know I was there and he tells me hes bern there the whole time since 6:30. Then why was i left standing in parking lot? The employee who saw me couldn't tell me I was at the wrong door? Extremely poor customer service. Never again will I use Firestone. Thats not how you treat a customer. read more

When my daughters oil light went on, I went to look at her sticker to see when she had it last knowing she went recently. There was no sticker on windshield to say when she was due, so I called shop. He told me when she had it and I said do u guys reset it bc it's saying it needs oil change. He said we do. I said ok thanks and he hung up. Like I was bothering him. I needed a new battery. My husband took the old one out and we went to the care center and bought a new one. We left the old one at the store with the gentleman who seemed to be in charge. After paying for the new one; we left. My husband is capable of installing a new battery. The youngish gentleman who took care of us was extremely pleasant and polite. Wednesday morning I popped my tire. I thought to myself thank God I'm passing firestone. Bad thought, the customer service rep came out looked at my flat & told me I need all four new tires and that he couldn't change just one or my transmission would be ruined. I was close to home so I asked him to put air so I can make it around the corner, he filled it to 15 psi and walked off. Worst experience, oh and also didn't put my donut on or recommend it. read more
