Service was quick without an appointment. Everyone was super friendly. I had a nail in one of my tires and the key to them wasn't the right one so they gave me one. Got a nail in my tire at 635 & you could hear the air coming out. Not only did he wait for me to get there - he was honest and didn't try to say I needed a new tire (yes that has happened to me before & I didn't need one). Nobody read the form and they just assumed all I was in for was an oil change. Customer service was not great either. Waste of time and money. read more

We were having breakfast with our daughter who was about to be driving five hours back to college and noticed she had a bulge in her tire. We were right next-door to Firestone so we drove over there to ask what they thought. Super nice guy named Jacob came out immediately, looked at it and said she shouldn't be driving on it. We asked any chance we could get a new tire today. He said no problem. Jacob said they'd look at everything else too. It was done within a couple hours. He said that probably by the end of summer, she would need new tires and brakes, but was not pushy about getting it done right now. We will definitely be getting tires and brakes from Jacob this summer. It is hard to find good customer service these days so he's a keeper. read more

February 2023 I brought my truck in for an oil change, power steering pump replacement, and tire rotation. Problem 1: they only put in 5 qts of oil in a truck that holds 7. Problem 2: they ruined my serpentine belt that had to be replaced by another shop a week later. Problem 3: power steering pump failed not even 2 weeks later. Had to have repaired by another shop. Problem 4: dropped my truck off the lift with body damage during repairs. Igor stated upon pick up "nothing can be done about body damage" and I had to file a claim with their insurance. First he gave me a number to a scammer who literally tried to steal my personal info. Then finally gave me the right claims numbers. After numerous attempts, never heard from claims department. Ended up running thru my insurance in hopes it would be subrograted. Repairs to the body were $2,500. Added 2 qts more oil since they couldn't figure out proper oil amount. New serpentine and replacement of faulty pump cost me an additional 1k on top of the 800$ I paid. Numerous attempts with Firestone to be refunded for original faulty work led to 0 reward. Now stuck with 2k in repairs. This shop used to be my go to. We were loyal customers for 6 years. If you drop someone's car off a lift then did faulty mechanical work, you would hope someone would make it right. I have been back and forth with corporate Firestone attempting to recoup my original cost on my power steering pump and oil change and no one cares. Considering we have had a Firestone credit card for years, we have no choice but to pay for the faulty work and shut it down. I never knew customer service and doing the right thing would be neglected in 2023 especially after our loyalty to this company. Working Americans just being rolled over my corporate companies. Sigh. This store must have changed owners, management, or both, and the result is NOT good for the customer. They no longer accept appointments for routine maintenance while you wait. For a simple oil/filter change, you must now drop off your vehicle, arrange transportation from the shop and back to pick it up, an absolutely needless complication and inconvenience. Then they will replace your oil with a very expensive synthetic and tell you that it's "recommended" without telling you that it's only recommended by Firestone and not by your automobile manufacturer. They will also call you with other "recommended" procedures that are "due" to be performed and - again - they are solely Firestone's recommendations. These commonly include engine and cabin air filters (even if you replaced them last week, because they don't actually look at them), and coolant/brake/transmission fluid replacement (even though the manufacturer's suggested interval is MUCH longer than Firestone's). You auto will undoubtedly be well maintained if you follow their advice, but your lawn will look nice if you cut it every day, too. It's just a lot of wasted time and energy for no significant benefit (and, incidentally, it produces a lot of unnecessary waste and pollution). Personally, I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

Ralph and his crew were the best , even though cruet are short staffed at this time they were very professional and went beyond to see that I was satisfied. I went to have a tire repaired but found out I had a nail in the sidewall and another nail in the tire itself. I couldn't be repaired so I had to purchase a new one , the got me all hooked up with a new tire and in and out within an hour. Everynow and then, I take my car to a Firestone for an oil change trusting their quality. This one was my worst Firestone experience ever. I dropped the car off at 10am in the morning and they call me back at 4:30pm+ on a Friday to tell me that my car is ready and they close at 5pm. (I called and checked multiple times during the day.) This oil change costed me ~$130 with Uber rides back and forth, and good amount of stress. I don't expect them to go above and beyond in their customer service but this is not acceptable. The service here has started to rapidly decline in the past 12-18 months. Examples: 1) got an oil change and they literally didn't put cap on right, and oil was leaking EVERYWHERE.... they had to take it back and pressure wash it for a couple hours. 2) They LOST my tire lock... One of the associates told me there was a guy that used to work there, who was notorious for losing tire locks. It has never been found. No reimbursement, no apologies, nada... I hope they get things fixed because I am loyal to them. How we, I switched maintenance on 2 of my 3 cars to another shop. read more

Be careful, I didn't think to make a claim when I was getting new shocks the mechanic sd I needed a half shalf also. I paid and then saw it showed it was a drive train issue. When I arrived for an appointment made a week in advance, I was told that they couldn't see my car because there wasn't time to do the services we made the appointment for. When I expressed my discontent at this response, I was told that it was the mistake of the person who made the appointment, but they wouldn't see my car that day. It's incredibly unacceptable, and while their prices are competitive, it's not worth going there for the lack of good customer service that's reliable and trustworthy. I've been there several times over the past few years, and each time has yielded mediocre service that did what it needed to without being particularly good, but I'm not using this location anymore. read more

Received an alignment, inspection, and tire rotation from this location yesterday. They were mostly friendly and helpful and got me out in a reasonable amount of time. *However*... I only remembered I needed a tire rotation AFTER I received my inspection and alignment, and the gentleman tried to dissuade me. The conversation went something like this: "How often should I get my tires rotated?" "With every oil change." "Oh wow! I've had multiple oil changes, so I'm definitely overdue. Would it be possible to have them rotated, then?" (Hint for future reference: This is a rhetorical question, phrased as such for kindness and courtesy.) "Well... why don't you just come in another time and we'll be happy to help you with that then." ERRRRR, wrong answer buddy. And even though I'm a young female, my time IS precious -- too precious to come in another time for what I could get done today. Despite his annoyance and discouragement, I left with rotated tires. To start this place has very good customer service, and work in a prompt manner. I've gotten service on my car there multiple times and for the most part everything was good, however this past time, during a tire rotation they reported a broken part yet did not fix it or inform me of the issue. I got another rotation at a different place and found out two of the lug nuts were completely cross threaded and sheared the the threads off. Now a $270 bill. Not to mention on a previous road-trip one of my lug nuts legit fell off. read more

First visit - They under-promised and over deliver on times it takes to fix things. Friendly guys. Second visit Had a broken seat inspected. They ordered the part. I scheduled to come in. Part didn't come in and they rescheduled me to the next day. I run a company and have six kids so it is really difficult to get stuff like this done. I took it in the next day, walked out to a local restaurant and did phone meetings for an hour and a half or so. Turns out they called me about 10 minutes after I left to tell me they ordered the wrong part. i didnt get the message for an hour and a half. Frustrating. No time to come back and do it again. I have no idea whose fault it is, and i font think the desk guy was negligent. No solution offered except cmon back in again and take off a work day(that i definitely cannot do). Gave three stars because I've had a 5 star experience before, and this experience was not god awful just a huge bummer and super inconvenient. May or may not try them again as there are a ton of repair places on same street. read more

We take all of our vehicles to Firestone and this location. I find them to be courteous, honest, and they do excellent work. Recently they did a break inspection for me after my car failed to pass a safety inspection. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, they did the inspection and let me know that the brakes were in perfect condition. What a relief! Thank you for your excellent service! read more

I visited this location on multiple occasions, but they never found the cause of the issue for which I brought my vehicle in. I felt unsafe driving it around town, so I went to another company (it rhymes with Bob's), and they pin-pointed the issue within a couple of hours, provided me accurate and straight forward billing, and repaired my car the same day. It's a Sunday afternoon, trying to find someone who could fix it was not easy. Called 3 other places and finally spoke with Andre at this location who got us in right away and understanding we had a 5 hour drive ahead of us, had is in and out within just over 2 hours despite how busy they were. Asked for a brake inspection and was advised that front brakes and rotors needed replaceing. Went next door to a competitor and they said brakes were find. Next day wen to a Third auto shop they said the same. What ever happen to trust. I guess it is best to say I am sorry then asking for permission for unnecessary work. read more

I would highly recommend against coming here for service. I just bought a used Mazda 3 from a private seller. The seller had it inspected in October, which showed the tires and brakes to be in great condition. He had the front brake pads replaced, and the rear brakes were at 11/32 mm. He also had the spark plugs replaced, which are supposed to last 100,000 miles, as well as the cooling system flushed. So naturally, when I brought it to Firestone for a safety and emissions inspection, I was surprised when Firestone told me the brake pads were at 3/32 mm (close to failing inspection, they said), the spark plugs needed replaced. and the fuel system needed cleaning. I went to get a second opinion at Autotire in Manchester, who told me the car was actually in great condition, needing none of what was suggested, and the brake pads were at 7/32 mm, a huge difference, and nowhere close to needing replaced. The total quote Firestone gave me was $500, a lot of money for a college student. If you want to be lied to so your mechanic can make a little money, go right on in to Firestone. I, however, will not be returning. read more
