I've taken my SUV for the lifetime wheel alignment several times now with now issues or complaints. Plenty of parking and you can make appointments online. I would still call to confirm. ZERO STARS A couple of issues - about a year ago they cross threaded my wife's vans lugnuts (really? - a 4 yr old can put on lugnuts properly) Now I'm @ my car dealer and they told me & showed me that they destroyed my drain bolt for my oil pan! In time: 7:54AM Out time: 12:46PM, 5 HOURS for what was supposed to be an alignment and inspection. During the inspection they found one of my brake pads was cracked. Said I needed front brake pads AND ROTORS to pass inspection. I gave push back about the rotors but they insisted. So the inspection cost $70 and the rotors and pads for the FRONT ONLY cost $450. I paid a year ago for lifetime alignment, but I will never be back. This place is a SCAM. Do yourself a favor and go to SAMs club next door for tires, and head over to Nazareth and give the father and son who run Mammana Automotive & Notary the business for your other vehicle needs instead, here's their phone number: (610) 837-9440. I have been going to this Firestone for a while and have had uniformly positive experiences, but I do think things have gotten even better recently. Edward keeps things running well and courteously and is helpful in explaining the services and finding relevant coupons. I came today for some routine maintenance and they discovered another issue with the car, which they took me out to show and explain. On another occasion, they filled out a form for me so I could apply for a new (free) license plate due to damage, and one time they changed my key battery free of charge because they noticed it was run down. I've tried a few different auto care places in the Easton area, and this is my favorite. read more

I took my vehicle here to get it inspected. Did a complete safety inspection before I left, basically making sure all the lights worked if they didn't I could get it situated before I went in. I arrived on time and they took my car in on time and it was brought to my attention that my break lights didn't work. I agreed to the diagnostics being done to find out that the brake light sensor switch decided to go. To make a long story short they replaced the part but where unable to calibrate the sensor. Expressed their interest that I should take it to my dealer. (My brake lights where constantly on). I agreed since they stated they would repay me the labor of the dealer to do it. Upon driving home from Firestone there was a horrible squealing noise which I found out today was from the mechanic at Firestone not putting my tire on correctly so my emergency brake was rubbing against my wheel. My dealer stated the part they put in was faulty and couldn't be calibrated so I had to return to Firestone. They held true to their word and refunded me for the parts and the work on my car from my dealer. They kept the money for the labor which rubs me the wrong way because I now have to pay my dealer to do all the labor on my car. To drawl to a conclusion, this location seems to be hit or miss and has seemed to caught onto the bad reviews. They seem to try to make things right when they go south. Will I get more work done here? I'd really have to think about it after sinking money into it without the outcome I needed. If anything I have learned that I need to make sure a mechanic can actually do all the work needed before I agree to any work done. I hope this helps anyone. read more

This is the worst place for tire service in the region I have had a bad experiences there in the past, however decided to give them another chance because they are so close to my house. I dropped my tire off to get plugged. I was told they would call me to verify they could plug the tire. I called twice yesterday and they said someone would get back to me. Of course no one did. Then I called 3x today was on hold each time and then disconnected. Made appointment well in advance, dropped vehicle off at 7am, informed service writer I would need vehicle done by 5PM, they said no problem. I called at 2pm because of my previous experience at this location to confirm that the vehicle would be ready, I was told that my vehicle needed tires, I said we can discuss tires when I arrive but to make sure that the wheel alignment and balancing were done by 5pm, I was assured that it would be. I arrived at 4:45 to find out that my vehicle had not had any of the work performed and was asked to reschedule! We've been here more times than I can count. We've always taken advantage of the 0% financing for our tires. I drive over 50K annually so we go through lots of tires. We've also taken various vehicles in for the large maintenance jobs like 50k or 70k maintenance, as well as oil changes, cabin air filters, etc. we had a wheel damaged by a pothole and the fixed it for us. We've purchased car batteries here also. We never felt like we were being treated unfairly. Like I mentioned before, the 0% is nice to have for any large spends. This is by far the worst Firestone I've been to. I caught a flat on 78 driving to work. Had to get my car towed and I requested for it to be brought to the closest Firestone which was in Easton. I got in at 830am and didn't get out until 1230PM. Explain how that is acceptable? I did not see all the car bays occupied nor that there were that many customers there so I don't understand. Apparently my tire had to be picked up which would take two hours. All I kept seeing is the techs going back and fourth to Wawa. No sense of management whatsoever. And don't even let me get started on the lady in the front with her snobby attitude. All day long, her face expressions, not attending to customers and having them wait longer than needed was unacceptable. A business thrives on customer service and if this woman is the first person your store sees, good luck. I would not suggest anyone to come to this place. read more

Had car aligned here at a fair price. Had purchased tires somewhere else 3 weeks ago and they pointed out that one of the tires was put on backwards. I took it back to where I got the tires and sure enough, they were right. What I liked about Firestone is they didn't try to sell me other services, which many other places try to pull. All in all a good experience. They are a busy place, so I would recommend making an appointment. On a side note. Heard them telling a customer her car was taking longer than expected and he offered to buy her lunch. She didn't take him up on the offer, but that's great customer service! read more

TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I took my car in to get breaks. I asked for a price they gave me a price both breaks and rotors. $399. I dropped my car off they called a little while later saying that it would cost $550. I called around and was quoted $250 for breaks, rotors, and even included an oil change at Mavis Discount Tire in Phillipsburg. I went back to firestone and told them I found a way better deal. Long story short they said they would price match. So all of a sudden they are able to do it for less than half price. I said ok, the guy told me to have a seat while he "crunches the numbers". 2 minutes later he calls me into the shop and says that they just discovered that I need calipers. I said how did you discover that in the last 2 minutes since you realized you were going to price match. There wasn't even anyone around my car during those two minutes. Took my car to Mavis and SURPRISE they said I don't need calipers. Since I called ahead they had the parts there and I was done in about an hour. This happened about 10 days ago and my breaks work grea, even without replacing perfectly good calipers. The thing that got me is that they were all in on it. Walked in for an oil change. Yes i had no appointment, i was fine with waiting. Was told 1 to 1.5 hour wait.. and you cant leave and come back. Over 2 hours later my car finally goes in for a 20 minute job. Then of course they try to get more work out of you. Charge me over $60 for an oil change, and slap a sticker on it saying come back in 3000 miles. Are you kidding me? Dealership says come back in 7000 miles with Motorcraft oil which they used. I moved up to PA a year ago. There are so many local mechanics that I was like ok I'll go there but one day decided I'll just come to Firestone and I haven't been anywhere else since! Awesome staff that always remembers me! First mechanics I've trusted in YEARS! They are always honest with me about what needs to be fixed and how long I have. Also they are so reasonable on time! I've never waited hours for an oil change and when I made an appointment to drop my car off thinking an inspection and other stuff would take all day, it only was a couple hours. I've never had any issue with them trying to "sell me or upsell me" on something that wasn't needed. I may be a girl, but I'm good with cars. I purchased 4 new tires and the whole experience was a nightmare. First they called doing their sell you crap you don't need routine and, after saying no, I asked when my car would be done. They said 1/2 hour so I had my wife drop my off. In the 2 hours after the 1/2 passed waiting for my car to be finished I noted that they put 3 tires on then the car sat until I asked when it would be finished. Then when I got home I noticed that the tire pressure warning light was on and I found 1 tire low in pressure and damage to another tire's rim. I called to complain and they said that there machine could do that...BS! There is a reason that this Firestone location has a low rating. Stay away! read more

Please be aware of what you are being charged here. I was recently charged $58 for labor to change a singular headlight. They had me sign saying I was 'aware their price was higher than originally quoted' so I do not feel this was accidental. I called corporate to inquire why the labor was high and they refunded me all but $15. Very disappointed. read more

I arrived 20 minutes early for an appointment My husband scheduled a 1pm on a Friday. I typically plan my day with many appointments back to back. Thought maximum time would be an hour to put on a camber and complete the remainder of an alignment. At 1:30, car was still in the parking spot I put it in. When I stated to the appointment man, I have a 1pm appointment, does not he know when our car will get service he said as soon as they finish with another appointment, he would get to ours. Quite a frustrating experience. Time is money for me...I can only hope what they are doing is correct. Sad to see others waiting here falling asleep. At 2pm, told the camber is on and they would need 1/2 hour more to do the alignment if I wanted it. We already paid for the alignment. He said it should be fine if I wanted the car now. I've been here twice with my van thus far. I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. The staff is always kind, professional and honest. Mayra goes above and beyond for me when I have my children there. Very accommodating and sweet. I have many People have a negative reaction when my kids and I walk into a place where we'll be around a while. Not here. I will admit, the services take more than a couple of hours BUT the services are certainly worth the wait. Each time, they have explained to me in detail the issues with my vehicle and fixed it without the trouble of me worrying if the work was done correctly. I have peace of mind and I come all the way from NJ just for Firestone. I highly recommend and anyone who doesn't recommend this place, is just a soar puss. #ThanksStaff you guys ROCK! They tried charging me $100 for an OBD scanner test. I already had the test done at Autozone FOR FREE and knew the problem of the car and told them what was wrong with the car before having it serviced, but it didn't stop these "automotive experts" from trying to rip me off. You can buy one of these scanners yourself for under $50 on Amazon. Go elsewhere and avoid getting RIPPED OFF! read more

Called ahead for a simple oil change was recommended to make an appointment. Showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and got checked in. The next customer behind me is related to one of the workers and was told it would take at least a hour for them to be able to be fit in. Well truth be told, their work was done in less than 30 minutes while my vehicle sat and waited for almost an hour and a half. There is no reason with an appointment and being early/on time that an oil change should take 90 minutes. And on top of that their prices are wildly inflated. I would give 0 stars if I could. I took my car in 08/27/18 because the ac is not working. They claimed there was no issue with it. They recharged the system (even though I knew that wasn't the issue) and said I needed struts. Over $700 later I left. It worked for less than 24 hours. I took it back in 8/28/18. They kept claiming it was fine, even though I told them they had to stay in it for a bit for it to start blowing hot. They changed the relays and swore again it was fixed. It still isn't!! It worked last night and this morning. I just ran out for lunch and it is blowing hot air again!! I took 3 vehicles there for service and inspection for many years. I will NEVER go back. You go in for one thing and there is always something they find to try to charge you more. On top of that wait time is horrendous. read more

I took my car to Easton Firestone car care. I usually go there for inspections and buy tires. They are very overpriced and I know that. They get the job done when I need it and I just have to swallow high price. I am a licensed PA inspection mechanic and I don't work as a mechanic at present time, i have rely on others. On 2/4/18, I took our Chrysler 300 in for oil change and I wanted FRONT left tire wheel sensor changed. I told that to guy who took info at desk. He came back to me several time indicating that another sensor was bad. I told him that computer the car shows Front left and that's what I want. I got up from my seat in waiting room and saw rear left off car. I ran to him and said to put my wheel back on and fix what I asked you to fix. He was arguing with me and again I told to fix how I wanted. They did what I asked with a new sensor and driving car all week, it did not work. I made new appointment 2/11/18. I told saw Guy, It did not work and he printed up a ticket he wanted me to sign that was going to charge me all over again. I said I would not pay. He said I had to. I didn't sign. They brought my car in and took front left wheel off again. I saw mechanic then take left rear off. I started screaming in waiting room and made them put back on rear wheel. I told a-hole at computer that front left is only wheel to fix. Then they took me in garage to show me that they put wrong sensor on my car. Low and behold on the way home, new sensor works great. I did discover later that someone was routing around my trunk. Don't know why they were in my trunk. I also asked for oil change and get free air filter. Never got that either. Stay away from this Easton location. Something very wrong going on there. read more

Terrible terrible service. I made an appointment for an oil change three days in advance for 1:00. Dropped the car off at 12:30 and told them I needed it as soon as possible. It is now 4:00 and they haven't even started my car. No oil change takes 3+ hours. After I asked about the car they told me that it would be done in 25 minutes. 45 minutes later they haven't even started the car, I explained this to the store MANAGER, and he told me that if I had a problem I could take my business somewhere else and handed me the keys to my car. Terrible customer service, I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. I had tires delivered from a well know site and this was one of their authorized installers. The final price was already established before my appointment but that didn't stop them from trying to squeeze every last dime out of me and literally adding things to my bill which I did not authorize. Our daughter lives in Jamesville NY. She had her van serviced there on Friday (not a Firestone store). On Saturday she drove from Jamesville to Horsham and today to Easton. When she arrived she told us that her car was not steering correctly and was pulling to the left. We searched high and low for someplace that was open today (Memorial Day). From the moment we arrived, Service Advisor Scott was courteous and helpful. When we returned to pick up the van, Technician Bradley Marshall explained that a critical piece of hardware was not reinserted by the NY mechanic. It could have been a fatal mistake for our daughter and three grandchildren. We can't thank Brad and Scott enough for their kindness, courtesy, and professionalism! And there was no charge! I had high hopes for this place but it is a failure when it comes to customer service. I made an appointment to have 4 tires I purchased online to be put on my vehicle. I arrived a 30 minutes early. They told me to have a sit and they will service my vehicle. I started to get worried 45 minutes into waiting. Mostly everyone that came in after me was serviced and leaving the store. After an hour has gone by. I started to get a bit upset. I asked one of the guys at the front what was the hold up and he stated he was unaware why my vehicle was not ready. Almost seemed like they just forgot about me. After I started complaining about the wait, they started immediately putting the tires on. To have 4 tires put on my vehicle shouldn't take one hour and 30 minutes.This place is awful. The front guy started to argue with me after I told him I was unhappy with the wait and that they should advise customer of the wait time before telling them to have a seat. I had an appointment on Saturday morning at 11:00am. When I made the appointment on Tuesday I asked the worker if they were going to be open Saturday in spite of the upcoming snow storm. He said yes we will be here. Saturday came and snow was coming down. I called at 9:15am and double checked to make sure they were going to be open. Sean the representative said yes they are open. I said ok because I have an appointment at 11:00. By the time I got down there at 11:00am for my appointment they were closed! No call no nothing to let me know. When I went down to reschedule Sunday (the day after) after discussing the situation at hand with the manager George he sarcastically and rude replied with "what do you want me to do about it" Not sure where there customer service is, but they should find it and soon! read more
