1 star I am posting an additional review because Firestone management has still not provided any meaningful follow-up or resolution regarding my formal complaint, Case #2977465. I filed the complaint on June 12, 2026, and followed up repeatedly. An area manager eventually emailed me, and I provided a detailed written timeline explaining what happened, why I had lost confidence in the Galloway Avenue location, and why I was requesting a refund. Since sending that response, I have not received a substantive decision, status update, or further communication addressing my concerns. My primary complaint is now the administrative handling of the matter. Customers should not have to repeatedly pursue a large company for basic communication after reporting a serious service problem. Even when a company disagrees with a refund request, management should acknowledge the documentation, explain its decision, and provide a clear resolution. The continued lack of follow-up gives the impression that Firestone's complaint process is designed to delay rather than resolve legitimate customer concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Galloway location, and I have serious concerns about Firestone's regional management and customer-service accountability. read more

800$ for a single strut ?! And that's without labor, trying to tell me 400$ for labor so 1200, for one single strut replacement ... that is insane It's a 2018 acura ilx.. a strut is less than 100$ Idk what you guys are smoking Or whoever gives these people 5 stars must have money to just throw away.. read more

Just had my car tires rotated, balances and aligned. Great service, covid compliant with touch-less key acceptance and they also sanitized my car following the service. Chelsea was great at the front desk and super friendly. All employees including technicians wore masks. I waited exactly the amount of time as promised for about an hour and a half. Since I purchased my tires from Firestone, the balance and rotation was free plus the alignment. When I purchased the tires, they offered me a lifetime alignment for only about $100 which is so worth it in Dallas! Best place to go for all your car's preventative maintenance and repair needs. Chad was also super helpful when I called in ahead to see if I had to make an appointment. Thankfully I walked in and didn't have to wait long at all. I went to Firestone to get my work truck inspected. The truck was inspected and two tires were found to not pass. I had two new tires on rims in the bed of the truck to replace the worn tires already. Told the mechanic that he could just mount those tires for me and finish the inspection. Woman mechanic comes in from the bay and jumps into our conversation, asking if the tires are brand new? I said mostly yes, one tire had been on the truck after I had a flat and had to drive for around one hundred miles on it before getting the other one fixed and that the other tire in the back had never been used. She said that they could sell me new tires or else I couldn't finish my inspection as they can't mount used tires as it is against company policy. She was extremely rude for no reason. The other mechanic deferred to her as if she is in charge there. Been a customer for over thirty years, I won't go back. read more

This Firestone location is one of the best in the area. We own a 1995 Ford Van. Finding mechanics which can service our van has been a source of concern for me because of the age of it. However, the guys at Firestone on Centerville do a great and thorough job of fixing any problems we've had with it. No bringing it back because all the work wasn't done, etc. A real peace of mind when bringing it here. Great job, Firestone! read more

I've been going to this place for over 7 years and I'm happy to say they provide great customer service. Every time I've had an issue they have promptly resolved it for me. They are honest, resolve my issues And accept competitor coupons, I have no complaints! I have been a firestone customer since I've had a car, T various locations. This is by far my favorite. I took my SUV to them to diagnose the engine I told them it felt like it was miss firing and I told them there was a code on the engine they said they would for $100 when they were done they told me what I told them the code on the engine then they said they wanted another $700 plus to tear my engine open to tell me what allegedly would be wrong with it I then took my vehicle to another shop the other shop The other shop hooked it up to their machines and found it was misfiring on the number four cylinder they cost me $160 and all to get my engine diagnose and to get it repaired read more

I unexpectedly needed a full service center for my new car. This center was rated best in Garland so I made an appt. These guys were so patient to listen to my issues, answer all my questions, and give advice. They are very knowledgeable and kept me updated as to what was going on during my visit. Lee was my Advisor and he was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this Firestone center and they are my guys now to help me with my car! read more

I'm not surprised with the service I receive from Firestone any more after Carl became the Manager. The previous managers were not as 'People Friendly' nor as professional as Carl AND his staff. I had to do the yearly inspection & registration. Not feeling well I forced myself to take care of it by end of month. Which I find a pain BUT not only did Cody make it a pleasant task he also told me a closer location to get my sticker for my car. He gave me my Military discount without my having to ask AND told me to get my sticker. Come back & he would not only clean the windshield where the previous stickers were but he'd install it himself. Well let's see instead of it being approx 3 hrs. My time was cut in less than half. I've been going to this same FS since about '09 and each time they never cease to amaze me. But it really shouldn't surprise me because it's true great customer service starts at the top.
