NEVER ALIGN YOUR Tires.Went there to buy tires, they convinced me to get an alignment. Before the alignment my car was straight after the alignment my car went straight to the right. The manager gave me an excuse because no one knew how to fix it. Went to another Firestone and it was fixed but it's never the same as the original. In September 2022, I had four new tires put on my 1997 4Runner at this shop. That day, they damaged the driver's side door key lock. I didn't go back to complain; I fixed it myself. After much thought, I returned to this shop recently, on August 8, 2024, to use the warranty to rotate the tires and align the steering. That day, they lifted the car by the side steps, which they deformed, bent, and displaced. What mechanic in the world lifts an old car by the side steps? I didn't realize it until several days later. Based on the experiences of other customers who have left reviews here, I decided not to go back and complain, as it would be a waste of my time. Instead, I will dedicate myself to calling all the radio stations in Miami that have open mics and talk about this, so that locals potentials customer do not visit this shop. I will also file complaints with consumer protection departments as well as the Better Business Bureau. I recommend to anyone thinking of going to this shop to replace their tires not to do it and never have any mechanical work done on your car at this place. Whatever you do, DO NOT COME HERE. They have terrible customer service and are the least helpful people in an emergency. I came to fix a flat tire and they tried to upcharge me a tire for $250 and then showed me on the screen that they had one for $95 when I was about to walk out. Before that I asked if they can change it to my spare tire, and the guy said sorry it'll have to be at 8 am. I then walked to Home Depot across the street and got a tire plug kit and plugged it myself, and put air with my portable tire inflator and called it a day. They will also create more problems with you car then you initially came on the lot with. The staff is very unhelpful and misleading do not come here for vehicle repair they are a scam. I came for a vehicle inspection they price for repair for my car was more than I paid for my car. The guy Richard didn't want to give me my inspection documents after the assessment. Ugh, car maintenance. I don't think the majority of us like to deal with it, but unfortunately it's a necessary evil. After all, your car is your transportation and you don't want to get stranded somewhere. Ahem. Anyway. I made an appointment and went straight in when they opened. Figured it was time to get some new tires. Got them with a warranty. Was in and out of there within an hour and a half or so. Given the location, Spanish is the primary language. Still, that's mostly with the mechanics. The customer service associates are fully bilingual. As for the waiting area, they have some chairs and some tables to sit at. I had picked up breakfast and amused myself there. They have a TV, too, that plays the news. Time essentially passes like a turtle, but hey, I went in the morning and with an appointment and ultimately it wasn't too bad. I've suffered through worse. Will use them again if needed. read more

Do not take your car here for any reason whatsoever . This is the biggest scam of any auto service shop I've encountered in my lifetime . I paid over $1000 dollars in tires and an alignment . I also included 12 months warranty on my alignment . Fast forward to approximately 2 months later . The alignment starts pulling to the left . I take it back to them and leave the car to have the alignment corrected . After 6 hours the mechanic tells me the tie rod end ( on one side ) is slightly bent . It cannot even be seen by the naked eye . So they tell me I need to replace both of them at a cost of $800 dollars . As well as something wrong with the front tire . Mind you I bought the tires here 2 months prior and they were the ones who put them on and serviced it . To sum it up they didn't fix anything . He refused to touch the car unless I purchased what he recommends . I regret ever purchasing anything from these crooks . It's just a huge scam and money grab . Save yourselves the headache and do not EVER bring your car there for any type of service . It will be a complete waste of time and money . read more

This Firestone is very similar to many of the Firestones that I've gone to. The mechanics are nice, and they get the job done. I do have two complaints though. 1. Too expensive 2. Wait is long...even in the morning Although it is expensive, they do have coupons available online for some discounts. I'd suggest printing some out, before visiting the shop. Sometimes, asking for a discount helps too! Concerning the wait, I guess you can set an appointment. Maybe that will make the visit a little shorter. Coming in at 7:45am will not be early enough, trust me. LOL! The good thing about this Firestone is the location. It's a walk away from Westland Mall, CVS, food places, and Krispy Kreme! I took my car in to have the ac checked out and I was told it was the compressor and the evaporation valve etc the total cost would have been 2000 I thought that was crazy and took it to another mechanic to find out it was a 30.00 part ( the Ac clutch ) everything cost me 180 compared to what these robbers was charging me also that same day I had an oil change done and they never reset my oil percentage to 100 % ... they tried to literally rob me and fix what didn't need to be fixed people work hard for their money and I feel like they took complete advantage of me ( well tried too ) read more

Took my truck in for an alignment, was sold the lifetime alignment package, I went for it because it's a work truck and I figured it would be a good idea. The second the "tech" takes a look at my truck he asks me "how are you going to bring that here to get an alignment?!" My truck is on stock rims and tires. He then brings me over to the alignment machine and goes through the systems questions trying to prove to me that he won't be able to complete an alignment on my truck because i have wheel spacers. I answered all the questions prompted by the computer and he then tells me that he's going to do it. By then I'm pretty confused because if you're a professional shouldn't you know whether something is going to work or not? Fast forward to him completing the job just to tell me that he wasn't able to do the alignment and that I was never going to be able to do an alignment on the truck because it has "modifications". My truck is bone stock besides some wheel spacers. He then tried to tell me that my whole front suspension (upper control arms, struts, lower ball joint, and cv axle) was bad and needed to be replaced before I could do an alignment. When I went to the front counter to ask what was going to happen the gentleman inside told me that the service was done and that I had to pay. But I asl myself what was done? I paid $200+ dollars for a service that wasn't completed. Greatest part of all: I went to get a second opinion at another local mechanic shop, was told that nothing was wrong with my front suspension and that having wheel spacers does not prevent my truck from having an alignment performed. With everywhere else being closed and appointment only at some of the lesser tire shops google maps took me to this location. They were WONDERFUL! Customer service was great and they ended up staying past closing hours just to make sure they got to my vehicle. Let me start this off by saying worst customer service ever. From checking in til leaving. I went in today at 6-6:15pm due to my tire having a nail in it. I left at 9:30pm. Mind you the store closes at 8:00pm. Therefore it is disrespectful & absurd that I had to wait that long for a service that takes at most 15 minutes to complete. Now I am a person who will shout out a good review but also ,If the service is that bad that I ended up leaving there crying my eyes out of frustration I will definitely be letting the public know. I hope the manager from this store can see this review & corporate to see the time I checked in & out so you know it's not a lie. It took so long that I asked the front desk how long would it take to see if I could possibly go grab a bite to eat since I came straight from work to do this service to my car so I was hungry & I was informed "not that long" meaning no estimated time frame or any help better yet. So I waited & waited & waited to the point where it reached 9:00pm already & my car was still untouched by the mechanic. I don't understand as to why they have 3 mechanics in sight but only 1 working on the car while the other 2 were joking around/ sitting down talking. So I asked the front desk woman because she saw I was done with everything meaning beyond upset that why does it take so long when there's 3 mechanics outside & she told me it's because 2 are clocked out & only 1 is working. Now if that's the case once you're clocked out you normally go home so why were they still there? Either wasting company time or my time. Once again this is the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered & I work for customer service so I have patience & am nice to people but it's just a certain line of disrespect that they didn't understand / see that they had me wait so long for a simple service when it was not even full the place. I really hope management sees this & can take action as to making this company/ store better. Worst place ever. Went to change one tire for $150 , they told me it was going to take 1hr 30 minutes to be back a 2:00pm. When I got back at 2pm,they still hadn't started on my car, one guy sitting down eating and on his phone.Took them 3 hours to change one tire! There even was an elderly woman complaining as well because they were taking so long and her phone battery was dead and she was afraid her family would worry about her. I would not recommend this place. Their services are expensive compare to the other service centers. Plus, They literally look into your eyes and lie about some recommendations that car needs done other than the one you brought your car for. Thank god i kept records of the maintenace. I argued that my car doesnt need it.I brought my car one day and they gave me an estimate of $2,200 for a waterpump. I told them for a 10 year old car thats too much.
