Robert the representative who was extremely rude and insulting during all the interactions. He made fun of me masking derogatory comments. I was shocked and appalled by his behavior, and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. To make matters worse, the representative kept me waiting for more than two and a half hours without doing anything to my car, even though he had promised to replace all the tires. Four tire change took over 2 hours to complete. Had an appointment for 9, got there at 8:50am, didn't leave until 11:30pm.

Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off. They charged an extra $50 on an oil change for 10 min of work the oil they used was a generic pennzoil synthetic that cost $25 at AutoZone and charged $88 for it. Complete ripoff. Incompetent, no communications, never have anyone on hand to fix a problem even when you have an appointment and they are always messing other parts up when they say they are working on your vehicle. There is nothing positive to say about any location. They need to have better management and discipline on there technicians, They are rude, I was hung up on by a tech when I called to check on my truck because the lack of communication and they still didn't start looking at it 6 hours with me having an appointment scheduled days before. They might make it right on some occasions but they do not care about customer service at all, They will put you in your vehicle regardless of it being safe or not. Just over torque lugs to have the, break off the hub while driving! This happened to us 3 times at 2 different Firestone locations. read more

Got new tires and an alignment. They were very helpful pleasant. Did a great job, efficient and I was in and out in an hour.

CAUTION: They try to encourage services you don't need. Had my car in to get snow tires and was told I needed a new battery. Had it checked by another garage and it was fine. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I went in to get an oil change, was told I had a problem with my coolant which is why the check engine light was on and that they would fix it, saying it would turn off the check engine light. $150 later, the light is still on and they said I needed to pay $100 for a diagnostic for the light, an option I was never told. Very poor service and they will just scam you for your money. read more

I would never recommend going here. I went with my boyfriend to have his tire replaced. The employees were racist and disrespectful. They did not replace his tire or even repair it they lied and said they fixed it and the next morning it was completely flat. Yet they still charged him. They also spilled drinks all over the floor of his car and didn't even bother to clean up the mess or mention it. We went to Tires plus and they replaced the tire immediately. Nothing but good things to say about this place. I put a lot of miles on my vehicle so I'm a regular here. They go above and beyond with each oil change and alert me to potential issues which may need addressing down the road. They weren't afraid to answer "Will it still get me to and from Cleveland safely?" honestly, with a "yes", When they could have said "no" just to get me in for additional work to drain my pockets. read more

It takes three hours to fix a screwed tire according the the associate, avoid this place at all costs. First place to take this long to fix something that can be done in a few. I've been to other Firestone places and it normally takes about 15 to 20 mins, he tried to charge me for 3 hour labor so avoid avoid. read more

My husband popped his tire and got 2 new ones here. Sucks but overall they fixed it super quick. His car made really weird rattling sound after he got two new tires and an alignment. After 10 days my husband went back and turns out they messed up putting them on. But they charged us 10$ to fix it. Complete and utter crap. We always took our cars here to get tires but not anymore. If a place messes something up and tries to charge you, run. read more

So sad to see the quality of service go downhill at this service center over the last several years. After regular oil changes here I had to have my car's oil pan replaced by the car dealer (very expensive - $1,600.) because the plug threads were stripped out on the pan. Firestone said it wasn't their fault, but very knowledgeable people I spoke with said it likely happened as a result of the oil plug being cross threaded or over-tightened by the Firestone technician. I gave Firestone the benefit of the doubt however, and later took my car in to them because the engine was running choppy. They did a diagnostic ($90.) and told me the engine was blown. Before scrapping my car at the junkyard, I decided to take it to the dealer for a second opinion. As it turned out, my car only needed new spark plugs, which the dealer replaced, and now it runs like new again. I was a long time customer and Firestone has lost my business for good. read more

I called to see if they were open because it's Christmas Eve. They said yes and asked what issues we were experiencing. We explained that our van was having a hard start and shutting down quickly but otherwise was totally fine. He said they don't carry parts but we can bring it in, he'll diagnose it, and fix it if possible. So we drove 30 minutes there and as I walk in, he already has a rude expression on his face and did not greet me. I explained that we called and why issue we were having. He then says, "well I'm not going to look at it. You can tell me what to fix, and I'll fix it. I already explained all this to your wife." Not only is that some of the rudest customer service, but now he's saying my wife must have lied to me.. not to mention, this jerk wants me to do his job. When she called it was on speaker so I heard the entire conversation. And I'm not a mechanic, why is he insisting I diagnose my vehicle. He was clearly the manager, some middle aged, overweight guy with a chip on his shoulder about who knows what. I'll be contacting corporate. You just lost a customer bud. read more
