My favorite tire shop by far. It is more expensive than other shops around, but they are far more reliable. I had gone to Discount Tires down the street and had a TERRIBLE experience. However, this shop is very clean and they have tasteful music playing throughout the shop. The gentleman that I believe owns the place was professional as were his employees. The mechanic who was fixing my tire showed so much personality, I wish I caught his name. The mechanics all just seem to be taken care of and having a pretty good time ... AT WORK. It's rare you come across a car shop with such an uplifting vibe. The job was done phenomenally and quick. When I went inside to pay, I noticed they offer drinks for sale and have plenty of seating for guests to wait in the air conditioned, fairly spacious room. I had to come here recently because the tire pressure on both my front tires was extremely low and I couldn't get it to fill up at the gas station. Of course it was a rainy day. What else could happen? Fortunately my luck changed with Yelp'd places and found Ovi's. Honestly a complete lifesaver. First. This place is huge. Multiple bays with different service areas. The tire and oil change area are on the end so just keep driving until basically you can't drive any further. I came in and told the guy what was going on. He told me where to go and immediately someone was checking my tires. They made sure there wasn't a leak and filled all four tires for free. I was in and out within minutes. Totally made my day. I was expecting to have to sit and wait and be even more late for work- actually that would have been fine... I will remember these guys next time I have to get an oil change or really anything involving my car. Great experience here. read more

I had my rear brakes replaced there a week ago and I find out today at a auto shop that they didn't grease the brake shoes which has already seen visible lines in the shoes. No grease decreases the life of the brakes. I've never would have allowed this. read more

I trusted this business to repair an issue on the Front Right side of my car. They charged me almost $1000 dollars because parts needed to be replaced. After doing the work, i still had THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM on my car. I went to the business and dealt with the owner 3 more times were my issue would be resolved. in the end it was never resolved and nobody cared to make sure my issue was completely fixed. This is not a way to take care of business. As a Customer, i would not trust them, if you do work with them, please supervise the work you get done. read more

Rolando the owner at Playa Auto Care is a life saver. Well that is how I felt when Rolando had to rebuild the engine of my 2013 Audi Q5. Rolando had to order special tools in order to do the job. Rolando had to research certain challenges that he was faced with. These were the same challenges that forced other repair shops to tell me they could not handle the work required. I was referred to Playa from a recommendation that was posted on Facebook. I live 32 miles south from Playa Auto Care but will gladly travel the distance for all my car needs from here on out. Probably the worst business I've ever encountered. I bough my daughter her first car from one of their customers, not only did they shake my hand , look me in my eyes and tell me it was safe, they also gave us a record of all the things the cars had done to it, including 4 new tires. . Although when I took it to Firestone, they proceeded to tell me, that the 4 tires are worn and not even close to being new, and the tire rods are trashed.
