Got an oil change today at Jiffy. Craig & his team were very professional took 15 minutes. Once Completed he asked if there's anything they can do to enhance the service. I explained that I had an issue with my left turn signal a previous mechanic had broken the-bulb switch but was unable to remove it. Craig took the challenge after 20Min I told him if he wants I can bring the car another day. Being the professional he is (Craig said wait) Let me try one more time. Long story short Craig was able to remove the defective-broken part while the other mechanic couldn't. Finally I'm able to fix my left turn signal. Would definitely recommend JiffyLube, Craig and his team. read more

This place can be easily missed as it's secluded in between two big businesses. As I walked up I noticed that it was clean compared to other jiffy lubes I've gone to. The manager came out and gave me a clipboard to fill out and showed me to the waiting room. The waiting room has coffee and a tv which is pretty typical of oil change places. The room was small so i had to fill my clipboard out on the bench outside. That was no big deal though. Overall the room was clean. The manager asked me a few questions about my car and they were done within about 10 minutes. Groupon had a special for the conventional oil change for $20. I'm very happy with my visit and would return to this jiffy lube. read more

They left my screws there did not close my bmw after changing the oil + charged me for more oil than was needed and my car still said low oil pressure. Manager was condescending. He tells me "he trusts his employees" #scripted then in a derogatory manner asks says "I can check the car if you want me to". How about you just do it? read more

First off, I am long time Lauderhill resident, so I was super weary coming here. I've only read horrible reviews about this company and location, but I had an oil change coupon so I couldn't turn it down. For my first time coming here let me tell you, this place kicks butt. Totally different from what I read in the reviews. Tia and Dale were phenomenal with customer service and informing on what was going on and needed for my car. The rest of the staff were extremely jovial and nice. I did not get up charged or forced to buy anything-- I stood in front of the crew and watched the entire process. I would recommend other people to do that too. You won't look like an easy gullible target. This was actually one of the few pleasant experiences I've had with dealing with mechanics. The reviews from other users are extremely misleading and inaccurate. Don't believe me, try them out for yourself. I will forever take my car there for future maintenance. read more

I will never go to this Jiffy Lube location again. I had an oil change done here and when I left, I heard a scrapping sound coming from under my car. So I went back and told them that something is dragging under my car. They told me to bring my car around so they could look at it. I did. The manager comes out and hands me back my keys and I asked him what happened. I said' "I don't know, but I fixed it." I didn't like that response. He never said what it was or took ownership. Come to find out it was my bottom skid plate. They broke the holes that hold it in place. All he did was zip tie it back! Now mr car vibrates when I'm in the highway because air is getting under the skid plate. It makes my whole car shake. I have called and left messages to area managers and have not received a phone call back yet. I have been dealing with this a while and I need someone to contact me about this. read more

I got one of these oil change coupons and stopped by at this store. A sales rep picked me up on the parking lot already and asked how he could help - this was really good start. But then they could not keep up that level. It took ages until they got my car in the shop and then they told me all the things that are not good and should be changed. I bought an air filter for 45$ and found out later that this was way more than it should cost for that type of car. I am not happy at all that they give coupon specials away and then charge twice as normal for other items. Lesson learned - be cautious. read more

Stay away from this Jiffy Lube store. Our son went in today and was told since his oil was dark/black that he should have an "oil flush" additive put into his engine before changing the oil ($10). He said, "NO." (OIL IS SUPPOSE TO BE DARK/BLACK BETWEEN CHANGES AS ITS PICKING UP CONTAMINATES!") when he got his invoice it showed the $10 added to the bill. When he questioned it the female tech said, "Sorry, I already added it" and walked away. Manager Chris Sidel said it was probably a misunderstanding, but he was willing to give our son a discount coupon if he stopped by again. Sadly its the same coupon that we downloaded from the internet (no thanks Chris). They also recommended a transmission FLUSH for $180 on a car with over 160K on the odometer. As a former mechanic I asked, "what if the transmission failed after the flush?" Chris said, "than it must have had a problem before it came in!" You never power flush any trans with that many miles on it. Any reputable trans shop will tell you that. Last time it was the dark brown/black rear axle fluid change recommended & confirmed on a piece of litmus paper. Seriously? Bottom line these guys are not mechanics and the manager Chris Sidel refused to refund the $10. For the $10 they made today on our son we'll move our (4) cars to another shop. For $10 he yelled and screamed and would not let me talk. "YOU WEREN'T HERE! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT WAS SAID!" Just keep driving past this little store and add our negative comments to the one's already posted. read more

I went to his location for an oil change based on a review from this site. The staff weren't overly friendly but then again it was first thing in the morning so I understood. They got my work done quickly and I was pleased with that part. However ---. I used a coupon for the $19.95 oil change yet It ended up costing $29.95 for some reason. ???? No idea why and the manager checked me out and was a little put off when I declined getting all the "extra work" done that they wanted to do to my car. I told him I was having a tune up next week by a mechanic. I could tell he was basically finished with me as a customer once I told him no for the fourth time. ---How Yelp helped me--- **Because the other review warned about the over priced filters I did my homework before I came for my oil change at this Jiffy Lube. I am very glad that I did! I called an auto parts store and the same filter I could buy and put on my car in 3 minutes easily for $12.95, Jiffy Lube wanted to charge me $44.95. I went today around 2:30 and left at 4:00pm. I came there initially for an oil change and end up getting a transmission flush due to the fact I had no transmission fluid inmy car and it was over 60,000 miles. So I understand that because I worked for Jiffy Lube in the past. So I understand how it goes, so I went on ahead and got the transmission flush for $299.00 along with a oil change. The manager Wallace attempted to recommend everything else to make a sale, but he saw how dirty the oil was but could not recommend a simple $34.99 system cleaner before putting Oil my dirty engine. I'm very disappointed with the service I received today knowing trusting Jiffy Lube workers. I feel I wasted a lot of money. read more
