When you pull up to the shop, you are greeted by an employee and let them know what services you need done on your car. Then, just sit back and relax on the bench outside or the interior seating area. From beginning to end, service was friendly and courteous. The staff thoroughly explained the services to be performed, keep you updated on the job progress, expected time of completion, and gave recommendations on repairs to be done. They get your approval before proceeding with any repairs. With many competitors in the area, they are the most honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. The prices for their services were very fair and they don't force you to overspend on unnecessary repairs like other places. Service was good, efficient, and timely. When I went to my truck in the morning I noticed a big oil puddle underneath my truck. And therefore I checked underneath my truck and found the problem, which wasn't hard to find. The oil filter underneath the truck wasn't even tightened. I could easily turn it with my hand. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I travel a lot for work and my motor could have blown if I didn't notice the oil spill underneath my truck. An oil change business that can't do a proper oil change, that's pathetic. Waste of $200. He told me he would go to my son car with tools and oil. which was weird when I told him the motor was blown. so with him calling me the next day on a recorded line with valvoline customer service stating he could'not get under the car because it was pushed into the grass you darn right it was. I didn't want it to get hit. but then he turned around and said but the drain plug was tight. hmmm I'm sure it was after you tighten it when you got there. I trusted him to be truthful we are all humans and make mistakes. But they are refusing to take care of my son motor being blown and is blaming it on his car being a 2013 with a loose oil cap. and remind you I had just left my son car and checked the oil I just didn't tighten the cap back up. I've dealt with them for years. I'm very disappointed and furious never again will I spend my money there. We are stuck with a $2.919.04 bill to get it fixed while my son is stuck still having to pay a car note and also pay to catch a ride to work.

Over three years, she brought her car in three separate times for brake issues. Twice they claimed the problem was fixed, yet her brakes kept wearing out in less than a year. Only on the third visit did they finally say the calipers were bad--something that should have been identified from the beginning. They took zero responsibility for the repeated repairs or the unnecessary costs. She has now spent close to $5,000 on what should have been a straightforward repair. To make matters worse, they tried to charge us around $800 for calipers, while multiple other shops quoted under $500. When I refused to overpay and took the car elsewhere, they voided the warranty on the $2,000 of work she had just paid them for. This experience feels incredibly unethical. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop and getting a second opinion before trusting them with your vehicle.

My wife was driving through Marshall and felt a thumping while she was driving. At first she…read morethought it was a flat tire, but she checked the on board tire pressure monitor and it was all good. She then pulled over and checked her tires visually, but saw nothing wrong. She kept driving, another mile or so, but still felt something wasn't right. She pulled over again and checked, but didn't see anything wrong. She says she looked across the street and saw Mavis tire. She pulled in and in a few minutes they found a pair of needle nosed pliers piercing the tread on one of her tires. The pic below explains it all. My wife was so grateful and so am I that these guys were so knowledgeable. They got her a new tire the same size and sent her safely on her way.
