Firestone quoted me for tires, but after discovering they did not have the correct key for my lug…read morenuts, they never even pulled my truck into the shop. I immediately went and obtained the correct key myself. When I returned, they told me they could no longer do the job because they "would have had it back there 10 minutes ago." Mind you, my truck door was unlocked when I returned, so there was nothing preventing them from accessing or moving it once I provided the key. I am approximately 1,100 miles from home with visibly and dangerously worn tires. I corrected the problem immediately and returned ready to pay for the quoted service, yet they turned me away over a matter of minutes.
