I never write Yelp reviews, but I felt inclined to after getting my oil changed here. Zachary, (the shop manager) and crew are the epitome of quality customer service. Zach took the time to show me what my air filter looked like in order to show me that I shouldn't pay for a new one. His crew members made sure to show me the dip stick to verify that my oil was clean and full. Zach double-checked and asked me later on if they showed me my oil level just to make sure that that part of their checklist was complete. Their work is professional, deliberate, and methodical. We went to the new store on Sorento Rd and Blue Angel Pkwy. It was at least a 10 minute wait to get in and once we were in the bay it was a good 15 minutes until they got started. Looking around we realized there were 2 brand new people who could do nothing without the approval of the one person who had experience so, there were 3 bays and not much getting done in any of them. Once they got started it was another 20 minutes before we were brought a bill - for over twice the agreed upon price. Of course we complained and had to wait another 10 minutes for the "manager" to void the transaction and charge us the proper amount. so, close to an hour later we left without any other fluids, filters or even tire pressure being checked. Came in for an oil change everything was great, ended up having them change out my wipers but whoever put them on put my driver side wipers on backwards, so it didnt latch, and while on the interstate it started raining hard so I put my wipers on and the driver side wiper just flew right off read more

Seemed to charge way too much. I took my gf there because her oil needed to be changed and Pete Moore wouldn't take in her car even after an appointment. This was out of desperation. The oil change ended up being about $90 after tax but just a simple oil change. When they put the sticker in the car instead of putting on the 5,000 miles for a new oil change they put 2,000 miles. This is a very shady practice that some people might not catch and go have an oil change at 2,000 rather than the 5,000 that the company rates their oil changes at. read more

They were extremely friendly and helpful when I asked questions about what I needed to get done on my Audi. 10/10 would go back, they also give great military discounts! John was super great but Doug will try to make you pay before even servicing your vehicle. I paid for something I didn't want and before the service was done. Wait to pay till the end. Doug thought I tried to pull one over on them. They gave me the discount I needed and that was super kind of them. Little does Doug know that I'm very successful and clear over 6 figures easily. I was willing to pay the difference and Doug actually accused me of trying to pull one over on them. I've never tried to rip a business off in my life and actually work for a company where I'm fully back ground checked. Doug, don't think people are trying to pull one over on you man. I've been to this Take 5 twice with my girlfriend's car and once with mine, all have been good experiences. The staff are always friendly and provide great customer service. They are always up front about how long the wait will be, services, pricing, etc. and offer bottles of water while you wait. Fair warning, they've been short staffed lately (as of 10 Sep 2021) so you may have to wait. That said, even being the 6th car in line yesterday I only waited ~30 mins and they got me in and out of the garage in about 10, so overall still very quick. They do offer a military discount which is a nice bonus, but I would still go to this location for their service. Would definitely recommend read more

Took our car here to just get an oil change. These people ruined our plastic skid plates (broke them and tried to zip tie them back, ended up scraping on the tires), snapped the air tubes and broke the air filter box. They then tried to glue it back together without telling us about what happened. Maybe if the shop manager spent more time doing his job instead of trying to talk to my wife this wouldnt have happened. read more

Received excellent, fast yet competent service. Went to my usual oil change place and wait time was 2. Drove by this location, no wait. Was serviced immediately. No need to exit car. Small yet clean facility. The workers were really polite, offered water and very effecient. They had the basic oil change on sale for $25, but I went for the high mileage change which of course costed more but is what I usually get. They do offer military discount of oil services only. Service was completed within 10 minutes. I will definitely marked this as a top location to return to read more

Brought in my husband's car for him while I was visiting to get his oil changed. The service was very fast and the 2 young men that worked on the car were very polite and helpful. They recommend an air filter change, but they were not pushy about it. They do offer a military discount! My only complaint is that they have you wait in the car (without AC because the car is off) while the oil is changed. They did give me a cold bottle of water upon arrival but it was just too hot! read more

Worst service I've ever encountered! Workers "did not" attach cover plates underneath engine and transmission properly on my Ford F150! Bolts were either lost or were barely attached (lost 2 of 8)! Discovered when engine cover plate started dragging on the ground! Had to jack up truck to to tighten bolts and install new bolts that were only available at a Ford Dealer! Also, no effort was made to clean the following: 1. Greasy footprints were all over the front bumper of my truck! 2. Oil was smeared all over front area underneath the hood! read more

We arrived for an oil change at 7:02, we were done by 7:15. they greeted us with cold water bottles, were extremely friendly and helpful- informative about what was needed but not pushy like most oil change places that try to up sell you on everything wether you need it or not. I work out of my car and between that and the fact that I do not like to waste time, I had run out of time for my next oil change. I looked up Yelp and found Take 5 Oil Change close to home with great reviews and I immediately saw why. You pull up, someone directs you in. They jump in and, while one is changing the oil, another is explaining the different oil changes and discussing what is best for you and your car. My air filter was dirty so they showed it to me and told me exactly how much another one would cost. Get that, it was my choice if I wanted to change it today! This place no longer offers military spouse the milyary discount. In addition somehow they somehow messed up my oil change and had to redo it then drained my transmission fluids which they were unable to fix here so my truck had to be brought elsewhere. And i had to be picked up. While they refunded my money and paid for it to be fixed. Unfortunately i wouldnt recommend anybody to come here read more
