And if that doesn't work, well you get the gist. They charged $1,226 for an A/C part that DIDN'T need to be changed (when they were literally told what the problem was coming in)...and then when the car was returned back to them with the A/C still not fixed, they found the problem WAS INDEED exactly what the customer said it was and then attempted to charge an ADDITIONAL $1,000. I had to have ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES REVERSED and picked up the car UNrepaired. Never ever trust these guys and be sure to pass them up!

After having to use the temporary spare and struggling to find someone who could get the correct replacement tire quickly, we contacted the Midas in Maineville. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding of our situation. We explained that we were in the middle of a road trip and needed to get back on the highway to continue on to Canton, and they worked with us to get the new tire installed as quickly as possible. What could have easily ruined an entire day of our trip turned into a relatively painless experience because of their customer service. They didn't treat us like just another vehicle in the queue--they understood that we were traveling and did everything they could to get us safely back on the road. Excellent customer service, fast work, and genuinely good people. If we lived in the area, this would absolutely be the shop we'd use.
