They charged $1,226 for an A/C part that DIDN'T need to be changed (when they were literally told what the problem was coming in)...and then when the car was returned back to them with the A/C still not fixed, they found the problem WAS INDEED exactly what the customer said it was and then attempted to charge an ADDITIONAL $1,000. I had to have ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES REVERSED and picked up the car UNrepaired. Never ever trust these guys and be sure to pass them up!

I made an appointment (ONE) and was violently ill and when my husband called them to change the appointment they told him the appointment had been changed FOUR times and if I didn't make the next appointment (I am still ill) they would send the part back (which I paid a deposit on). They were rude and took calls when I was standing there in the store with me and have been rude and insulting and deceiving at every juncture since then. Service here is TERRIBLE, slow, and RUDE.
