I needed an alignment and Luke came out and showed me the numbers and about 15 minutes later it was done. Make an appointment and pre order tires to what you want so that they have them there and it should be a quick appointment. The business was clean and neat. I never went into the restroom so I cannot comment about that. The truck tires were cheaper online from them, the alignment was average. The only complaint I have is that I have a lug nut socket that doesn't scratch the rim and they didn't use it. I will check the torque and check the rims. I don't think they were scratched because it's usually the younger kids that don't know how to use the air gun.

Pull up to the first garage and we will inflate your tires. I did. The tech filled the tires. I rolled down my window as he walked away and asked if he was going to address the alert on my dash. "Drive at 25 miles per hour for awhile and the sensor should go off." And then he emphasised, "should." One week later, the sensor remains at high alert , even though it should have resolved itself pursuant to your so-called service. I don't do business by conditional clauses. Good-Bye, Good Year! When my AC recharge did not work the first time due to an underlying issue discovered later, they also did not charge for the failed AC recharge. The workers are always kind, patient, and explain issues thoroughly and carefully. They never act hurried or impatient, and when an issue arises on their end, they are apologetic and strive to make things right. Very poor customer service. Person checking in customers had bad attitude and no compassion or communication with his customers he over promised so most were upset. I paid, he handed me the keys and I left since I was so late already. Apparently he needed me to sign something but never said so?! When I called back for receipt later, 10 min before they close, he put me on hold for 28 min and never came back on the line. When I tried calling back they were closed.
