Scheduled my vehicle for alignment at 10 am, called to check on status at 13:00 and an associate told me the vehicle was "just now brought in" and also said that he "would let the guys know it needs done quick" haven't heard anything and drove by there at 17:00 seeing my vehicle was never moved from where I parked it. Took my car in for an oil change. After driving a few miles my car signaled me to add oil. I had to stop at O'Reillys and buy a gallon of oil. Added 3/4 of the gallon to even get oil on my dip stick. Bought 4 new tires and asked to keep the back 2 because they still had a good amount of tread on them. To keep as spares and they never put them in the back like i asked. They kept my car over night to do the alignment and called me before they opened the next morning letting me know it's done. Thankfully I got the lifetime warranty on the alignment because I had to take it right back in because it never got done the first time. After spending over 2k for everything I scheduled to get done you think they would have gone over everything again and double check their work. read more

Came in for my appointment time that was scheduled before hand. Took them 3 and a half hours to balance tires and do an alignment. Worst service I've ever had, and to make things worse the man up front was beyond rude to every customer he talked to. I'll never be back. read more

Never coming back here. Went in for an oil change and they handed me a list of $2000 worth of work "needed" to be done and made it out to be an emergency. The majority of the list is bogus and the rest I knew about. Had my air filter changed and left with my AC making a rattling noise when turned all the way up. Poor service. Absolute crooks. I had a loud exhaust leak coming from my car that started on my drive home from work at around 4pm. I stopped here and the lady at the counter acted surprised that I was there and it almost seemed like I was a disruption to her day. I told her I needed an exhaust leak fixed on my car and she immediately told me no one was there that could look at it because of the 4th. She said I could make an appointment which would be 10 or 3 on Thursday. You would think a mechanic would be on staff to handle issues but not here. It may not have been an emergency to her but it was to me. I was upset and she basically made me feel like I was on my own. read more

Firestone promised to take care of the issue via their "claims" department. I gave them all the documentation they requested about this incident and they have now been actively ignoring me for a month and a half. They say that they take these matters very seriously. Trust me, they do not. This has only reiterated their incompetence as a company. read more

I went to have an O2 sensor fix two days later my check engine light came back on a new code popped up along with the same 02 sensor code I took it back to fire stone talk to Justin the store manager he was very rude and basically told me that if I paid $100 to have a diagnostic done by them then it would've been fixed right in the first place. I wouldn't have to worry about the code popping back up I told him I had the diagnosis done at a different mechanic shop and brought it to them to fix it he said it was nothing they was going to do about it they would not guarantee the work because I did not pay them the $99 to do their own diagnostic so he told me that I could easily pay the $99 they would do a diagnostic and then I can pay them to have them fix it correctly and when I told him I wasn't doing that he told me to get out of his store before he called the police because I told him I was a mechanic and I knew that They did something wrong to my vehicle read more

I bought tires at this Firestone about three months ago added roadside hazard I go today to get my front tire fixed because it had a nail in it and they wanted me to wait a week I talk to the guys this morning at 9:00 AM and they told me to come back at 5:00 PM and they will take care of the nail for me I go back at 4:30 the guy tells me that he did not put me in the computer for 5 o'clock so he could not help me I don't see the reason why I had to pay extra money for roadside hazard if they can't even fix it read more
