I was told they wouldn't have a chance to look at it until Monday afternoon now. The reason was... they are short handed and cars keep coming in. So you're telling me you are servicing other cars that came in a day after mine, and can't look at mine for 3 days? Grabbed my keys and got out of there. Should have known not to go as years ago they dropped my Brother in laws truck off the lift and tried to cover it up. Only after threats of a lawsuit did they make it right: Avoid at all costs Edit: I will say, to be fair, the staff was friendly and courteous. The place just seems to be out of whack priority wise.
