Do not get your oil changed at the White House, TN Firestone In-Complete Auto Care. Today I was left stranded because someone couldn't do one of the most fundamental steps of an oil change. With less than 100 miles since the oil change, my oil pressure light came on, and I saw the oil pressure gauge was at zero. I pulled off the road to find oil dripping on the road at the oil filter and the whole underside of the truck covered in oil I purchased $70 worth of oil to put in my truck to get to the closest Firestone which was about 2 miles away, only to find they still have the Firestone signs up in Hendersonville but are no longer Firestone. I paid $100 for someone else to inspect and change the oil. The problem was when Firestone changed my oil they did not inspect and wipe off the base plate. If they had taken this fundamental step, they would have noticed the gasket from the previous filter was stuck to the engine. Out of the many hundreds of oil changes I've done in my life, I have never seen this happen, but I know to check for the old gasket stuck to the base plate every time, no exceptions. I had them also change my wife's SUV oil which they messed up as well, I caught their mistake before leaving Firestone as I did a quick inspection in parking lot. Bottom line is they did not do their job correctly 2 out of 2 times. Never will I return to this location. From the looks of it, they put their newest most inexperienced person on oil changes and don't give them proper training or supervision. I also noticed when they changed the oil in my wife's SUV they poured the oil from a dirty clear container that looked like it was for measuring oil and reused for each vehicle. Sounds like a Mickey Mouse way of doing things. I also asked them to check all the fluids on both vehicles which they said they would do. When I noticed there was nothing listed on the receipt showing what they checked I asked and they pulled out a laminated sheet with the list of things they check, transmission fluid was on the list. When I asked, I was told they do not have anyone certified to do transmission work and therefore it was illegal for them to check the transmission. Illegal? Not only can they not do an oil change correctly, but they are also leaving customers thinking their vehicle got a proper inspection when it did not. Made an appointment for an alignment. Showed up 15 mins early. Waited for an hour . They had alignment bays open and my truck sat in the lot until I asked for my keys back. Half of them were on their ass read more

Courteous, knowledgeable but didn't have the oil needed and couldn't get it. I had to order it from Amazon.

I just drove my wife's car for the first time after a month of her getting her oil changed and her tires rotated. I got a smell of oil and popped the hood and the idiots never put the fill cap back on. Could've ruined my wife's motor and still might. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. HUGE props to Steve at Firestone White House location. I called at 7am after running over a tire on the highway and tearing the shield/trays underneath my car. Ok so this is a new business in White House so we gave it a shot. Started well, set up an appointment online, they called and all was good. Dropped the car off and went home to wait. Then they proceeded to call to up sale me on a battery (not needed), and brakes (not need), neither is what we were there for. After an overpriced 4 tires plus "labor", I picked up my car. It took 3 hrs after my 4 o clock appointment to get done. When I got home I discovered that they didn't put any of the valve stem caps back on ‍. Called the next morning and the manager Roger assured me they secured the metal caps I had on the vehicle and that my wife could pick them up. They came out put caps on and problem solved right? Nope they put basic black caps on, not mine. Lesson learned, will never go back. read more

made an appointment for 4pm for a tire repair. dropped car off at 4, came back at 6. car hadn't moved. asked if they were going to be able to get to it today. end of story I went back to my car, pulled out my portable tire inflator, inflated my tire, drove off and won't ever be back. read more

Do not use their Credit Card. They not only let someone I don't know use my credit but when I disputed it they denied the dispute. So now while I get ready to file in court against them I have a $931 charge on my account. No one wants to handle fixing it. Firestone says its the card company and the card company is overseas and could care less about fixing anything. I'm completely shocked that they can allow someone to charge on your card and then don't want to fix it. read more

Called on a Tuesday and set up an appointment for brake pads Friday morning. Came in at 8am and gave them the keys and went to McDonald's while I waited. Came back to Firestone 2 hrs later and they haven't even touched it. No point in setting up an appointment, 2 hrs of my life wasted. read more

I thought I would try this place out for an oil change. I called the day before and I was told they were busy that day and I could make an appointment for the next day. I was like cool and made the appointment. I showed up at the time of appointment and I was told that there was a wait for like 2 hours. I ask "what was the appointment for" The guy behind the counter told me that it was like a doctor's office. You show up at your appointed time and then you may have to wait for several hours before you are actually seen. Who waits for several house to see a doctor? This is not the 1970's. So I walked out and will never be back. If you are a company that makes appointments then keep your appointments. I would understand having to wait up to 15 min. But any longer than that, then don't make appointments. Also don't get smart with me, and have lame excuses on why you can't keep your appointments. If that idiot had told me "we are sorry, we are over booked" or something along those lines, then I would probably have tried them again at another time. Mistakes are made. read more

I have over 1200$ dollars worth of tires on my truck but can't seem to get an oil change and tire rotation on weekends when I am not at work with federal government. I want take care of my vehicle. But to be told we are short on techs and you can basically come back in 3 days is rediculous. Had to go to Walmart get my oil change. Not happy about that. I will factor availability of service in my next decision to buy tires. If Firestone Whitehouse Tn is not up to the job then I will have look elsewhere. read more
