On the day of my original review post, I received a call from Mark. He hadn't seen my review, he was calling to follow up, asking if I've had my trees removed yet. we talked a bit with my explaining that we were still waiting for the updated/correct draft/estimate of the full work we wanted done. He said he'd come by, look at my property again and work on getting the estimate completed (I was hopeful); however, shortly after my conversation with Mark (same day), Karen called me, told me she read my review and didn't like it (imagine that) and asked what could be done to get it removed. There was no apology, nor any suggestions or offers on how to correct things! I told her we'd have to wait and see what Mark comes up with. a week later, on July 22, Mark calls me to say that he's come up with a plan that he thinks covers everything I wanted and will have it sent to me...still nothing, so I called Mark on July 28, left a voicemail asking about status. Here it is August 10th (2 months since initial visit) and all we have seen is the company doing work on a neighbor's home, the past week.

I found the logs there yesterday, and they're still there in the late afternoon today, with a Dubois Tree Service sign nearby. It's almost the end of the work day, and they're still there, no work crew or anything, so they'll probably be there tomorrow. God forbid someone with a cane or a wheelchair have to use the sidewalk. They have to know it's illegal block a public sidewalk and create a road hazard. They just don't care.
