Review long time coming…read more Installed a TV mount to my chimney fireplace and it's rock solid. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

I'll never use JPS again for sure.

Her installation was much more challenging because the electrical setup wasn't ideal, but he found a solution and was still able to hide all of the cords and get everything set up beautifully. You'd never know the extra work that went into it. Jimmy was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took pride in his work. They also cleaned up another patch in the ceiling that a ceiling fan installer left looking like garbage. Best price I got for a full finished job and great communication and service through the whole experience.
