UPDATE: The owner reached out within 5 minutes of posting this review. He seemed to be unaware of the issues and did genuinely want to resolve this. He offered a credit of $6,000 to make it right. While I do wish it had never gotten to this point, I also respect his willingness to compromise. We still have some installations left, and my hope is that I can update this again with a more positive outcome for the next portion of this job. , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They gave me an initial quote for windows and curtains. They said all measurements were preliminary and would be adjusted to exact once blinds were installed. We also had to switch courses halfway through the project because the walls were not long enough to support what was initially quoted. After reviewing our final invoice, they had not made ANY adjustments at all for THOUSANDS of dollars of items that were not used in my house! They also did not adjust any of the blind pricing for the windows, so my living room window which is 46x75 cost $881.36 (just for the blind itself, not installation) and my 2 windows upstairs that are 22x22 they charged me $1,188.88 EACH for! And my bathroom window that is 22x48 cost $1,182.48 while 2 living room windows measuring 46x48 cost $849.72. Again none of these prices included installation, which was an additional $6,000. On top of that, they add programming fees, design/project management fees, shipping and handling fees, and sales tax. $49,000 for 14 blinds. These other reviews are likely fake. BEWARE! BEWARE! We purchase a home in which had been built 20 years ago by an architect as his primary residence. He had incorporated the latest home automation technology available in 2004 so all lighting, blinds, internet, TV's, whole house audio, pools, etc had been hard-wired back to a data closet. There was no wireless. He chose Savant as the primary computer system controlling the other systems. An excellent system for its time but out of date compared to today's solutions. We interviewed a number of companies in Southern California but eventually went with a commercial builder's recommendation of Fuzion3. This turned out to be an excellent choice as Fuzion3 knows all about these older systems and how to update them cost effectively .......which is very important!! It is not only the hardware but also the software programming. Fuzion3 were not only very reasonable with their hardware upgrade pricing and also very efficient with the programming needed. Their after installation servicing and programing has been very good with no "hidden costs". I would definitely recommend the Fuzion3 team for home automation systems. Don't be afraid to get them over for a quote as Mario and Dakota are very nice people who won't overwhelm you with techno babble but explain the alternatives in a very down to earth way. read more

There is not a single thing this company has done right for my 250,000+ budget. When the owner of Fusion 3, Nathan, asked my husband for a loan..... we should have walked away then! There was never a time that all my electronics actually worked. Several things in the original contract (hardwire the offices) have been found to not be done. I even paid an additional fee of $3000.00 a year for them to clean and maintain my equipment. Of course ,this too was never done .This is just another way for them to take your money without providing adequate service. This past weekend was the breaking point. Fusion3 left me with NO internet, NO theater, NO music. All of it was either broken, or not working. It was very odd that every time they would repair/ replace something... they would leave me with 2 more problems needing service. Fusion 3 does NOT have the skill, nor man power to provide a decent AV experience. This is a crap company and should not be in business. read more

Nathan and his team were the ultimate professionals, we encountered unforeseen issues near the end of the job, and they worked with us, fixed the problems, and made sure everything WORKED as it should. The team was honest and patient in dealing with a frustrated Control 4 user. Our tv FINALLY works after years of limping along trying to "make" it work with the installation job Magnolia did. Fuzion3 was the complete culmination of the absolute worst of everything! They sucked us in with their self-claimed successes for us to find out they were (are) the worse security/automation outfit in the western United States. We checked and they are the worst for Control4 home automation. We paid thousands of dollars to them, while they in turn blew our amplifiers and speaker systems. We took literally dozens and dozens of hours off work to let them fiddle with our system. It still doesn't work and we're out thousands for having to replace high-end equipment they damaged. Hire a 9th grader who understands simple electronics before you remotely consider these buffoons! read more

would never use Fuzion 3 again, Nathan spent more time talking about how many huge clients he has. we spent close to $20K on the AV work we had done, but Nathan lumped our job as small and didn't have any follow up to fix things and make sure a proper explanation of how to use the product was handled. read more
