That's where the quality stopped. I thought my mower would be back in a week. It was two and a half weeks. I was told they filled the gas tank. They didn't. I was able to mow a small portion of my yard two times and the mower died. They are going to repair it. Hopefully it is not another two and a half weeks. Hopefully they do fix the carburetor. Follow up: They were not able to fix the lawn mower. Water had somehow gotten into the carburetor and ruined it. I decided to buy a new mower. I tried a lawn mowing company that did a great job, but the cost would quickly cost more than a new mower. Besco sold me a new mower for a great price and delivered it. Wish I hadn't paid for a mower they couldn't fix but their customer service is exceptional.

I have always had the mower blade sharpened somewhere else. I decided to try them since their price was very was more reasonable than than the other place I was using before, I stopped by yesterday to drop off my mower blade, so they took down my name, and assured me it would be ready the next morning after 9:00 A.M. Sure enough, it was ready, and they did an excellent work. One thing I should mention here is that they do a heck of a business repairing all types of gas mowers. In their showroom, they have multitude of equipment to work on your yard. For those of you that are fans of the brand name STIHL, this is the place to look for that, just not sure of their prices for new equipment. I will definitely use them again, and I left a very happy camper. They are located on the northeast corner of 13th Place and Indian School Road, in case anyone wanted to know.
