I had my license plate shipped to me. I asked them to put them on. I've never had a problem with the dealership putting them on. They were happy to put on the rear plate, but since my front plates , there is no screws in there they would've had to charge me. To drill the holes. That's beyond me. Sorry I think if you buy a new Mercedes and you're at a Mercedes dealership, they should be willing to take care of that without a charge so I got my back plates on. No front plate cause I didn't wanna pay an hourly charge to have someone do that. Again, I didn't buy the car there, but they still should be willing to put on my front plates. Even if it includes drilling some holes.

I contacted this dealership regarding a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and negotiated back and forth with the sales representative. He consulted with his sales manager and came back with a revised, agreed-upon price. I accepted it and began the process of moving forward, including preparing to place a deposit. The total concession was only $2,000 off the sticker price, so nothing unreasonable. The following day, the sales representative called me and said, "I need to be honest--the other sales manager decided we are not going to honor what we agreed to. The car has only been listed for nine days, so there's no deal." I have been in sales and sales leadership for over 30 years, and this type of behavior would never be acceptable in any reputable organization. When you give your word, you honor it. I asked that a manager or the general manager contact me to discuss my frustration and what I believe to be dishonest sales practices. No one ever called me back, which speaks volumes about how little customer experience matters here. After reading the existing reviews, I should have known better. When you see consistent negative feedback, it's usually telling you something. I gave them the benefit of the doubt--and unfortunately, the reviews were accurate. I would gladly drive two hours to another South Carolina dealership, or even into North Carolina, to work with professionals who value integrity and customer trust. Pretty sad, Carlton. Without happy clients, you won't have a successful dealership.

Up until the car is in the shop and it's time to pay up. I drove off the lot and had a check engine light come on same day. The car ended up needing a new engine lol. Of course after a month of back and forth with customer relations and Silver Rock and it being in and out of multiple repair facilities. They expect me to come out if pocket for said repair. Avoid taking the gamble if possible!

I purposely waited a couple months before writing this review because I wanted to leave time for the car I bought to prove itself trustworthy, which it has. 10K Auto did right by me when they didn't have to. This car has been great. I'm very pleasantly surprised.

I would give zero stars if possible…read more.. I bought a 2006 nissian murano with 101,000 miles on it, in February from them. (yes I know it's an '06 my prior car was on '06 and had 0 issues) I had it inspected and showed them the work that was quoted to me, they went down 1,000 on the asking price. I have now spent almost $3,000 on repairs on this hunk of junk they sold me. They claim they will do repairs for half the price, when I needed the new tires and alignment (one of the repairs I told them needed to be done at purchasing) they quoted me the same price as another place but I would have had to leave my car with the for most of the day, where I was able to just sit and wait approx 1 hour at the other place. So they clearly lie about their cheaper repairs. With in less than a month of purchasing the vehicle I returned in literal tears of frustration and was completely blown off by the woman who works there as well as the mechanic. NOTHING was done to help when I gave them the fair chance to do something about this. (I also called when the owner left a reply on my google review giving me a number to " contact him directly" it was the stores generic number and he " wasn't there".) I fully believe they knew what they were doing mainly bc I told them about specific problems I noticed and my mechanic notice and they denied the problems. If you leave a bad review they will be snarky in their reply and act like they did nothing wrong instead of owning up to the "mistake" and try to fix them. I put mistakes in quotes bc we are all human, things happen. But this was clearly intentional on their part at this point. I will never purchase another vehicle from them! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
