    Terrible parking

    Awful drivers. No idea how to park. See attached picture. Idk how they expected my wife and toddler to get in our vehicle. We were parked here first and they came in like this while we were in the store.

    Beware of this driver

    This morning a driver nearly ran me off the road on my scooter. The driver sped up to get in front of me so he could get into the right-turn lane. I had to put on my brakes at 30 mph to avoid a crash.

It was my first time going to Boston Logan Airport, so he provided me with clear directions on the phone where to go for pick up. He was waving and very friendly. I was picked up in a brand-new Mercedes SUV and it was super clean and spotless inside. His driving and presence made me feel very safe and secure. It is important to mention the price of Watertown Taxi Service!! There are flat rates from Boston, MA to Watertown, MA which is unbeatable, compared to Uber. Ordering an uber would have been $88.00 plus tip for one way but with Watertown Taxi, there are cheap flat rates. Additionally, after making my online reservation through their website, I received a confirmation email from Moe and he tracked my flight number the day of to ensure the pickup time I entered on my reservation initially, matched my actual arrival time. This Company offers transportation services to and from airports, but also provides local transportation to restaurants and any destination you are looking to go to. If you want a safe, clean ride in the Boston area, contact and use Watertown Taxi!!! They will exceed your expectations, just like they did for me.

The patient came in and had the surgery that he needed and was finally ready to go home. The driver came in and we stated that we needed two minutes to get the patient's things together and give him all the information that he needed. The driver, not saying one word and with a smirk on his face, turned around and walked out of the building. Therefore, one of our nurses guided our disabled patient out to the parking lot where low and behold THE RIDE was gone. We called THE RIDE to find out what happened. Apparently the driver called stating that he waited a "long time" and the dispatcher told him that he was cleared to leave WITHOUT THE PATIENT and without a phone call to the office to see what was happening. Therefore, we have a disabled patient who just had surgery who wants to go home and is stuck in our office without a ride. If that wasn't bad enough we have to pay two of our employees to stay with the patient as they could not send another driver for another hour +. We spoke to Fritz with THE RIDE to find out what went wrong and he was very helpful however we felt we should talk to a manager in hopes to help the patient out a little more. However, when we spoke to the manager who only gave us his first name as "James" was not helpful in any way and did not provide us with any information to help our patient or be able to place a formal complaint on our patient's behalf. The only thing that really gets us is that what if this was your mother, father, sister, brother, grandfather, grandmother or someone else who was important to you. How would you feel if this situation happened to them? Clearly this is a case of discrimination and lack of compassion. This is our hard earned tax dollars at work, ladies and gentleman.

Both drivers very pleasant to talk to. Car comfortable and seemed clean. No fooling around re: mask -- we wear them and so did driver. Thoughtful re: heat/cool/fresh air. Will be using them again -- no question. However, these Cons: 1. a certain amount of quibbling with the office about size of vehicle we needed, which affected the price we'd be charged by $20-30+ base price. We had 2 people, 2 small roll-aboards (22" carry-on-sized cases) to be checked, a briefcase, and two small carry-on bags that would fit under the airline seat. Our telephone contact tried to insist that we needed an SUV rather than a sedan and asked me to take a photo of the luggage to prove we could fit in the sedan. I did but he still didn't believe it would all fit in the sedan's trunk (I told him it all fit in my Corolla's trunk) and warned me that they wouldn't allow any bags in laps or on seats. Eventually, because we'd already ok'd the sedan and credit-card charge for it, we did get the sedan. Plenty of room for the luggage in the trunk, no problem. ' 2. A small issue, but for the price, it might have been nice for the drivers to help 2 elderly get their luggage from/to the front steps of the house (if not the door in Covid times). But both drivers were otherwise cheery, mindful of our preferences re route, etc. and -- as I said -- we'll use Smurfs again.

I prefer to tip myself and I might give a little less or a little more to a driver, but it's unusual for transportation businesses to charge a tip and I said that. The owner of the business then said go somewhere else and hung up on me. Absolutely shocking and I will not use this business again. Think about going elsewhere because who needs that kind of rude behavior in this world. Of course some people are just looking for ways to be offended. Not good for business though..
