Their store Manager, Gabe, is very eager to help you and makes things very smooth. Joann, who is one of my go-to sales/pawn brokers, is amazing, kind, and very helpful. Caleb, who is another employee that I like to go to, is very knowledgeable about the items I have brought from them. Matt is my go-to when I am purchasing guns, gun accessories, or if I just need questions answered about an item in the Gun department. And the overall value of the items there is great; their prices are never too high.

Today I called to ask about selling an item and was told to bring it in and they will check it out and if they buy it, I would be offered 1/5 of the retail price, which is $500. I know it's in excellent condition and working perfectly. I took it in, the gentleman confirmed it's working, great. Then the manager came over and told him to not buy it for more than $25, because it's not a common item. I understand that policy, don't over pay for something you won't be able to profit off of. But if the manager knows that these types of items are only going to be bought for $25, then the rest of her staff should know that too. How are employees supposed to give accurate information if they don't know the "other rules"??? If customer service is a priority, this would have been a great time to make an exception, pay the 1/5 retail price and do better next time by informing your employees. I don't do a lot of pawn shop business but if I do in the future, it will not be there. I'll be sure to pass along my experience to others as well.
