We got to the dealership and the sticker price was $54k, but when we received the 'offer' from the Finance Manager, it was $58k!!! The salesman said it was because of 'the market fluctuations'. Additionally, the vehicle we went there to test-drive was mysteriously not there when we arrived. (we had made an appointment that was confirmed over the phone in the days prior) We bought the vehicle that was there, even though it wasn't the color we originally wanted, but we probably won't go back there again.

The moment I reached out about the check‑engine codes the car developed, the communication stopped. No reply, no concern, no accountability. Wasted a week and a half waiting for responses that never came. Responses that did come only strung me along, but they never followed through with anything. Something seemed very fishy. I called and asked them to let me know if they wanted to sell me the car. Never replied to my email or requests. God forbid you have an issue with one of their cars you purchase that needs to be handled. Don't expect a timely response, or one at all for that matter.
