My car went in for body work, and Marshall's dealt with the insurance company, saving me the hassle. The car was finished when promised, and was washed and vacuumed before I picked it up. I purchased a car for my daughter back in January, and I was impressed with the honesty of the salesperson Anthony when discussing the car. I had to change the name on the paperwork, but it was no problem and not a big deal. I plan to buy my other child a car here in the near future. If you want honesty, integrity, and a job well done, this is where you want to go.

Anthony from Marshalls answered each one of them and provided me every bit of detail I asked for. Right from test drive(s) (I had multiple test drives coordinated by Cody who again was very courteous) till I closed the deal, it was a fabulous experience. Unlike other sales persons, Anthony is non-aggressive. patient sales person who never puts pressure on customers to close the deal. He sticks to his commitments all through the selling process and is thoroughly professional. It's been more than a month that I closed this deal and I am fully satisfied both with after sales service, overall performance of car and every other aspect. I have nothing but all praise and full marks for him and his dealership.

Two days. Four trips. Seventy-five extra miles I paid for. And not one employee here ever gave me…read moretheir name. I leased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler from 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Lowell. My lease ended September 11. I came September 9 to return it -- two days early, because I was over my mileage and every extra mile costs me $0.25 out of pocket. SEPTEMBER 9 I pulled into the service center. A man was standing there. He never introduced himself. I said I was returning a lease. He said they couldn't -- "the guy who does it isn't here." No name. No number. No offer to find anyone else. He never asked if my lease expired that day. If it had, I'd have been out of options, and nobody there cared enough to ask. I drove to the front. Two more employees -- one smoking outside, one in a red shirt. Neither introduced himself. Same answer. This dealership processes lease returns through one person, four days a week. Wednesday is the one day they don't. They couldn't give me his name. They couldn't schedule me. Come back tomorrow. I asked if I could leave the vehicle in one of the many empty spaces and return for the paperwork. No. The man in the red shirt told me to go find another dealership that would take it. Then: the moment he realized I was returning rather than buying, he asked if I'd like to trade into a Cherokee. Suddenly there was energy. Once it was clear there was no sale, the helpfulness ended. So I did what he said. I drove 20 minutes to a Jeep dealership in Methuen. They told me they couldn't accept a vehicle purchased at Lowell -- it had to go back where I leased it. The exact opposite of what Lowell had just sent me out the door believing. But the difference in treatment was immediate. Polite. Professional. Their employee said one person handling returns made no sense -- they have three who can do it -- and that a lease return is among the simplest transactions in this business: photograph the odometer, take the keys, leave the paperwork on the desk. He told me to write a review about how Lowell treated me. I called Lowell from there. Sales gave me a name for the first time: Shaw. No number. No way to schedule. I asked what time he arrives -- told 8 a.m., then a voice in the background corrected it to 9. Someone had the answer and wouldn't take the call. They also said I didn't need an appointment, just walk in -- the opposite of what I'd been told in person hours earlier. SEPTEMBER 10 I drove back a fourth time. The same man who'd been smoking the day before, who told me they couldn't help me, walked out and said: "I remember you. You're returning the Jeep." Then he photographed the plates. He removed them. He recorded the odometer. He handled the entire return himself. Ten minutes of work. Then we stood in the lot another twenty-plus waiting on a receipt. I never met Shaw. He never came out, never introduced himself, never apologized, never appeared at any point. Whoever handled the paperwork inside, I never met either. Not one person put a name to any of it. His explanation for Wednesday: he needed to leave the paperwork for Shaw. He could have left the paperwork for Shaw on Wednesday. The vehicle could have sat in the lot overnight. Nothing about Thursday required anything Wednesday couldn't have -- except my time, fuel, and mileage. Then, while I stood waiting, he joked about me "acting crazy" and not wanting to pay my bill -- mocking a frustration his own department created. We stood outside over half an hour. Never invited in. Never offered anything. The person with me needed the restroom and chose not to ask, because the treatment made her uncomfortable enough to just wait outside. She'd asked at another Jeep dealership the day before and been helped without a second thought. The actual work took ten minutes -- once someone finally decided to do it. The same someone who'd refused the day before. I gave this dealership three years of payments. When I came to hand the vehicle back, they treated me like an inconvenience -- until they thought they could sell me something. They sent me to another dealership rather than take back their own lease, and that dealership sent me right back. If you're buying, they'll talk to you. If you're not, expect to stand in the parking lot and be told to come back tomorrow. Take your business to Methuen. They treated me like a person. This location did not.
