The quote was competitive, they were flexible in tailoring the scope to our budget and goals, and the crew was professional, on time, and kept the site very clean. The finished roof and gutter system look great and have already improved both peace of mind and insurance costs. Based on our experience, I highly recommend Ferdi for roof and gutter replacement projects.

I did the due diligence of researching contractors (including through Yelp itself) and getting multiple quotes. Ferdi Exteriors was in my top three choices going into contacting folks based off the reviews prior. When I actually got talking to JD, his knowledge and care for what he wanted for our home shown through immediately. His estimate for our metal roof was very competitive to others we received, so that combined with my earlier statement made us go with Ferdi. The work itself took about a week and the end result was excellent. The crew also made their best efforts to keep the property cleaned up, so forgive any few little bits left behind.

Then we found A.D. Master Construction. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it correctly. The owner, Dmytro, came out personally to provide the estimate, which we appreciated. On the first day of the project, I had a few concerns, and Dmytro came out right away to address them. He took the time to explain everything, and I immediately felt confident we were in good hands. Ruvim did an excellent job with the siding--it looks fantastic. Most importantly, after testing, the leak is finally gone! We're very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend A.D. Master Construction and plan to use them again in the future!

I can't speak to the quality of ADMaster Construction for their actual work, but am pretty…read moredisappointed by the disjointed communications from their team. I reached out on Yelp for a project regarding cost to vault a ceiling of a potential house I was considering to buy. Someone on the team said that they could come at 11am for a site visit. I asked once again on Yelp to confirm they were coming. I had heard that I would need advice from a structural engineer, and they said yes. Then, I called them directly again, to verify if the manager would be able to speak on the structural feasibility of the project. After calling the manager's number provided by the receptionist multiple times, there was no answer - maybe he was on the job. However, when my husband called AD Master again, he was able to reach someone and when he asked about the site visit, they said they didn't have our appointment on the books. We had to schedule once again on the phone. Long story short, someone did come (at 10am, not the agreed time) and they thought they were there for a deck repair. To be honest, he just seemed uncomfortable to have showed up to the wrong job site and didn't contribute much - no estimate of cost or work was shared by him. I liked the quality of work I saw on the photos, but would not likely hire them due to the poor communication so far. Edit response to AD Master: After speaking with your customer service agent, Viky, she shared that many of your employees do not speak English as a first language, causing the miscommunications. I am glad you are taking this seriously moving forward to improve the experience for future customers. As a result, I will raise my review to 3 stars. Accountability and professionalism are important for your business and for trust of your customers. Thank you for caring about the experience of your customers.

They caused a big leak in my bedroom during my roof replacement, completely denied it, and refused to take ownership of their mistakes. They even had the audacity to call it an "old yellow stain." I had to hire a lawyer and fight back with evidence. Save yourself and your family the headache and avoid them at all costs. They sent only two guys to start the work and they ripped off all my shingles one day before a major storm. Then they left my roof with no shingles during rain and storm conditions for two days. That caused a big leak in my bedroom and significant damage to my family. When I called them, they came out and spent 4+ hours on my roof, then told me: "We don't know what it is, but there is no leak." Thankfully, I had a moisture meter, before/after pictures, and enough evidence to prove what happened. Even then, they still tried to deny it and said, "Based on our industry experience, such yellowing is consistent with an older leak. It is possible the stain pre-dated our work." On top of the leak, they didn't secure the shingles on my roof during the storm. A bunch of shingle packages (roughly 40+ pounds each) fell from the roof onto my deck and shed. That could have seriously injured or even killed someone if that hit them! it anyways caused significant damage to my shed and deck! I wish that was the end of the story, but it wasn't. They also somehow managed to mess up the electrical wiring in my attic. And again, they denied responsibility, even though they agreed to pay for the repairs. They are extremely shady, deny their mistakes, and provide very unsafe work. save your money and your family from all their headaches and damages!

I had the hardest time trying to just get into my home this whole week. I would get yelled at for walking under the caution tape, but couldn't get to my front door without doing so. I would get yelled at for trying to walk in through my garage. Finally last day that they are here, today, I was told they would be gone by noon. I got here at 1 they were still there so I left and came back they were still there at 5pm. Mind you the entire time they were here. They hadn't been working. Two of the days they were here they only worked until noon, and then left. When the job could have easily been done that day. When I parked in front of their dumpster so I could go inside my home. They yelled at me again for trying to get into my own home, were laughing at me. And one of the workers called me fat. I am 9 months pregnant and my due date is tomorrow. I tried my best to be graceful during this whole thing. But these workers were extremely rude. Disrespectful and not only had they broke our ring camera but pictures and signs we had up in our home flew off the wall and broke because how hard they were going. Mind you we have had work done on our home roof before and never experienced anything like this. Very disappointing.

While that is all completely true- this company stands out because of their inherent sense of pride in their work and the relationships they build with their customers. From the multiple communications, going above and beyond their scope of work and above and beyond their statement of contract, every small detail that was brought up to them, they responded to. Whether it was a pestering question just because you don't know the process, or a silly task like 'can you please throw away our old hose', every single detail they addressed. If you some how stumble upon this company while doing research about whom to go with, PLEASE stop your search and hire immediately. The good: -competitively priced, one of the cheaper quotes we received -good quality materials: porcelain tile slabs -frequent communication -finished product seems to be functionally ok, for now -we had a toilet leak during the construction period, Juan reseated the toilet properly and fixed the leak promptly, this was much appreciated. The bad The work was overall sloppy, in many regards. First and foremost, after Juan installed the valve and plumbing, they caused a small leak into our living room below during water testing. This required them to open up the ceiling downstairs, dry it out, and patch up the drywall and repaint (see pictures below). This honestly freaked me out and increased my vigilance throughout the project. During shower door installation, they cracked one of the slabs requiring it to be replaced. This was fine, but the waterproofing patch job looked uneven and thin, but they did come out and re-coat it after I brought this up. The shower door hinges were poorly installed initially. The screws were not countersunk and sticking out; I even confirmed with the shower door manufacturer that this was not correct. We had a lot of back and forth about this; Juan eventually replaced the screws with ones that fit more properly. Wall edge at the end of the shower looks very uneven, and the caulking has cracked and the wall on the tub side even has a hole in it at the transition. On the last day, I asked them to replace the shower arm to raise our showerhead, as it was low; I purchased a gooseneck from Lowe's myself, but Juan initially told me "you can do it yourself" however because they already installed a standard shower arm. He did end up putting it in at the end but it was installed improperly; it was crooked, so I decided to replace it myself afterwards as I was already quite stressed with this project already and this was a simple fix. After taking the shower arm off, I found no teflon tape on the threads, but instead a thin layer of some kind of goo. I'm not a plumber, but teflon tape is generally recommended to seal the threads. I cleaned the threads off and installed the shower arm with properly applied teflon tape with a thin layer of pipe dope. At least the copper elbow in the wall felt solid. Overall, the wet area seems ok, we're not having any leaks (so far), and the shower is functional; however, I felt the project was rushed, communication, while frequent, was poor, and the end product is just sloppy. In the end I was told "I worry too much about everything." I'll post the pictures of the areas of concern and you can judge for yourself. We saved a few thousand dollars, but in hindsight, I wish I hired someone else and saved myself a lot of stress.
