Firstly they scared my fiancé so badly when they told us that we would have to sigh a waiver that it was that CRITICAL that they change the brake pads. Secondly as most know that the rear brakes are the easiest to change and are actually the ones that you use the least. They had NEVER made a sound as far as the squeaking inserts are concerned. Thirdly charging over $350 in my opinion is just nothing but gouging the customer. You can walk in any auto supply shop and get the top of the line brake pad kit for about $125. In my opinion $225 markup and labor is just taking advantage of the customer. They only warranty their work for 30,000 the other pads from the supply stores come with a life time warranty.
