Second of all, she was rude to say stuff like "oh you don't need it now" I told her for the cloth that is not ready, just give me a refund. She says "it is ready, but not dried." She ended up giving $5 back unwillingly for $20 that I paid for my winter jacket. Sorry to say to but i will never come back here and do not recommend.

When I asked what was done to clean, the person on the counter told me they didn't know. And when I asked if they could ask in the back, they said they couldn't. I asked if I could get a discount since my dress looks exactly the same from when I brought it in, I was told there isn't a discount. I was pretty disappointed when my questions weren't answered especially since I'm paying $20 for nothing.
