The wires for my system used to be a complete rats nest, but Mikes team did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess and organizing the wires. Everything is tied down, labeled and very easy to access. I spent weeks researching who I should pick to install a theater system in my brand new home (3 weeks old). After visiting the Home Theater retail space on RT22 I was convinced I could trust Dennis and his team. I received a quote didn't haggle and went for the best package and spent 15,000 on a home theater package. 74" TV, in wall speakers the works. After the installation was done that's when the nightmare started. 1. These so called professionals drilled through my basement missed the entire wall and drilled into South American imported oak wood (see picture) 2. They promised the floor and baseboard would get fixed and I waited 2 weeks only to have a person show up to my door who hardly spoke English and kept on asking my wife how expensive the wood floors were... Didn't ask the make the model where to get the wood nothing ... 3. My wonderful 74" Sony TV the kind of TV a person dreams about was mounted only to have the signal drop every 15 sec. Just imagine having a TV in your house that's 74" and not being able to watch it for more then 15 seconds before the picture fades to black and then comes back 3 seconds later.... When I called Dennis and rich they told me it was a cable box issue !!!! Come on guys you designed the entire system ... Fix it .... But once again I'm still waiting 4. Every wall that was touched by the installers had pencil marks, hand smudges, dirt and just really no respect for my beautiful home which I trusted in their hands. 5. The cabinet they installed all of the equipment in you would think was checked for adequate ventilation or better yet cables were marked and tie wrapped ... No way !!! The cabinet got so hot the first night that it knocked out my circuit breaker and now I sleep and live with the doors open in the cabinet... Wires were never dressed properly and the back of the cabinet looks like a birds nest. I really could go on and on but I'm just extremely heart broken after spending so much money and time. I don't have a TV that works, my electronics cabinet is a fire hazard and my beautiful walls and floors are still damaged. I will continue to fight this wrong that was done to an honest person but to finally get the attention this matter needs... I will call American Express card services and pull my payment for services not rendered Yours truly Very disappointed customer So after 2 years of fighting the owner the damage they did to my house never got repaired, they never provided a discount for the damages and I got 1 call from the owner to meet at my house and he never showed up. Please beware of using Rx Sealers for any job…read more Started off great as Steve seemed very knowledgeable about the work needed to be done on our driveway but it soon turned very sour. Steve did the power washing of the driveway on a particular day but for the driveway repairs and seal coating, Steve only gave us dates (for when he could do the work) when it was either raining during the day or later that day. As anyone would imagine/know/research, driveway repairs, and rain don't mix well. When we questioned Steve no it, he made it seem like we did not know what we were talking about which was extremely unprofessional. He messaged us one day saying he would do the driveway repairs the next day in the morning. We were only able to see the message very early in the morning the day of and again, it was scheduled to rain that evening. We questioned him again on it, and he insisted on doing the work that morning even though it was scheduled to rain. We eventually canceled that morning as he did not seem interested in doing a quality job that would last. His interest seemed to be in completing the work to get his check. Further, Steve had power washed the driveway a few weeks before (because there was no good day in the middle) and when we canceled because he could find a good time for our job, he insisted on getting paid for the power washing. He CLAIMED to have sent us a bill which we never got, and then one day asked a lady to call us for the check - I informed the lady that we had not received the invoice and had to ask her to stop yelling. She sent a text message with a link to the invoice saying we had to mail in the check. A few days later, I got a call from Steve YELLING at me asking why it was not paid and threatening to take me to court. I had to repeatedly ask him to calm down and when he finally did, I asked if there was any alternative mode of payment as frankly, I do not have a checkbook anymore. He tried to tell me it is 2024 and why I didn't have a checkbook, to which I had to honestly reply saying it is 2024, why does he not have an electronic mode of payment. In short, a terrible experience. Don't use this company.

Sweltering hot evenings of 80-90 temperatures inside my second floor condo unit can finally become a distant memory! The techs that installed the HVAC system were professional, on time, and very easy to work with. Just by seeing them talk to each other shows how serious they take their jobs and their customers. I received updates throughout the day on how the project was coming along and was surprised that they were able to take care of everything in one day. (This wasn't an emergency.) Rob's easy to talk with, so were the two guys he sent, all very knowledgeable.
