If I could leave, no stars, I would we have a bathtub that is leaking. They go over there the first time and say they need to open up the stucco to the exterior of the building because there's no other way to access the tub. Then they said that they fixed it by all they had to do was change out a part of the tub and that would stop the leak. They charged a ridiculous $425 which was paid two days later the leak is still there. I called them to come back took them four days to come back first they make an appointment between one and three then call at 10 AM and say they can make it early then they don't make it early so I don't get an update from my tenant till almost noon asking where they are. At 2 PM I get a call from the plumber saying that they need to open up the drywall or the stucco again and that is the only way to figure out what the problem is. They tell me that the bathtub lines up with the other bathtub in the other unit next-door and there's no way to access except going through the stucco. I again say there has to be another way. I tell them that we'll have to reschedule and I need a copy of their request for work to get it approved at 3:45. I get a call or a text from my tenant asking where the plumber is what the hell how can you tell me that you need to break the exterior stucco If you did not even go inside the unit to check the one of the things we asked you to check. I don't even understand. My poor tenants have been home since 10 o'clock this morning on Christmas Eve waiting for people that aren't in communication and I don't know what they're doing when they get there. We'll never use them again. read more

Terrible service! I paid First Choice $575 to replace a water pressure regulator. The regulator never worked properly and had to be adjusted and tweaked several times. Finally, after a year and a half, the regulator failed and had to be replaced. A regulator should last a minimum of 5 to 10 years. Nevertheless, First Choice refused to replace the regulator. I offered to pay for a new regulator if First Choice would install it under warranty, but they refused. I hired a different plumber and he advised me that the regulator installed by First Choice was the absolute cheapest, worst made regulator available. My new plumber is installing a new, much better regulator for $375 -- $200 less than First Choice charged me for the worst possible regulator. First Choice has terrible service, bad products, high prices, and terrible follow-up. I wasted $575 on First Choice. Don't make the same mistake. read more
