I had the great fortune of finding TopLine when I had a tankless hot water heater emergency unfold. They answered the phone quickly, provided general information about service fees right away, and were able to come out almost immediately! The first technician performed a descaling of the unit which temporarily helped. I called them back the next day to let them know the issue was still happening and they were out, again, within hours! They correctly diagnosed and then fixed the problem which took them several hours to thoroughly complete. They quoted me a very decent rate and offered a generous 6 month warranty for any issues that might crop up during that time. As person who considers himself handy, you sometimes need to know when to call a professional. That is why I went with Topline Plumbing to fix a problem others ignored. Less than 5 years ago, I had an emergency with my hot water heater. It went out on me Thanksgiving. The company that came out gave me very high holiday prices. When they quoted the price, they suggested to upsize the pipe. I agreed that the upsizing would be beneficial. However, when I suggested how I wanted the line done. They said it wasn't necessary at all. M plumbing wanted to run the pipe exposed in my garage then bend it over my door. All exposed. I started losing hot water on my tankless. Went with 2 other companies in the SCV. But both took short cuts. When I suggested the upsize from a 1/2 to 3/4 inches. Those two companies also wanted to do a fast job at a high price. I almost gave up on my search until I found Topline Plumbing. Finally, someone that spoke my language. Kevin and his team are true professionals. My first call was returned in less than 10 mins. Donte took my info and said that this call should go to the boss, Kevin. Kevin listen to all the steps I had taken and made a recommendation that I already knew I needed. He knew I needed to upsize my pipe without me telling him. Their timeliness is unmatchable. In our initial meeting, they gave me a block between 8-9 am. The day of the meeting before the window even opened, they called me to tell me they would be 15 mins late. In my head, I was thinking they would be there at 9:15 am. They got there at 8:09 am. I was comparing it to the cable company that always comes at the end of the time block. The day of work, they were early and stayed until the job was finished. They left the job cleaner then I prepped the area. Their cuts and strapping done to standard. I am not worried at all that the pipe is going anywhere. Their prices are amazing. Given that I already had an idea of what it was going to cost from the three previous companies, they came in 3 out of 4. However, the job was done exactly as I wanted. In the wall. The other two would have been a lot more so they said. Topline is also Vet friendly. I also had them do my side of the meter while I wait for the Gas Company to do theirs. I showed Kevin some potential jobs for the future. Instead of taking them, he offered me advice first. Thank you Kevin and team. We had just purchased a new clothes dryer and when the delivery man tried to install it, he said that he couldn't because there wasn't a vent kit in the wall. I needed a shower cartridge replacement. He canceled once, was a no show 2nd time. Was a no show 3rd time (acted as if had not confirmed). 4th time he went to wrong address, course corrected, and finally arrived 1:15 late. But the worst was when Kevin said I needed a cartridge replacement. He claimed his guys DID the cartridge replacement but that it didn't work and that I needed a FULL valve replacement AND a water softener (?!?). My tenant watched the entire thing and she even discussed with Kevin's workers the fact that they DID NOT have a cartridge on them.
