This type of service is not one you need often. However, when you do, you should call this company…read more I wanted to let you know about our service today. The technician Wilmer did a great job. My husband was outside with him while he worked and was very impressed by him. He was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. My husband had nothing but good things to say about the service and wanted me to make sure people knew about the company. We appreciate that Advantage was able to do our service and accommodate us when we needed to switch to Saturday.

We had old plans for the location of the distribution box and drain field lines. Using their equipment they were able to sound it out and located the box about 25' from where the plan said it was supposed to be. Unfortunately, when it was dung up for inspection, we saw a failing distribution box (43 years old) that had sunk on one side and begun to degrade. Under a tight time line, Mike and his team were able to replace it and the manifold lines to the drain field. Quality of their installation work was excellent. Prices were fair and they did a great job dressing the lawn with grass seed and straw after leveling it out. My only suggestion for improvement is how they manage their phones. It is rare to ever speak directly with someone when you call. The online scheduling tools also have a bit of a lag in responsiveness. I know their work is worth the inconvenience of having to wait for your calls or online submission to be responded to 24 hours or more later but I would hope this is something they might give more attention to as new customers may be turned off by what they might perceive as a lack of timely response. Over all, I was really pleased to have these folks come through for me when we were under a tight timeline to close on our sale and they ensured our buyers will have an excellent, reliable system for many, many years.

"Tuesday," he said. I pleaded for earlier and he said he could maybe schedule Monday. "Great." I had located and dug up the tank cover. Two phases were executed by Karly Pile's men. A worker arrived to install an access cover, consisting of seriously heavy-gauge ribbed PVC and a screw-down plug with gasket. With the piles of hand-dug dirt and as quickly as reasonably possible, he re-buried the hole. The access was at ground level with the cover placed on top. Nobody should have the huge problem finding it I did. The second gentleman arrived not long afterward and pumped the tank, including back-washing it to get some stubborn bottom sludge. He inspected the interior and gave me some excellent advice and insight. He screwed down the cover screws, loaded up his rig and left. "We will send you the bill," he had told me. All professional. You'd think someone working in this line of work might be bitter but both gentleman exhibited upbeat attitudes, intellect, and professional efficiency. Highly recommended.

Ryan, one of the two drivers of the Pile's trucks we had long seen passing our house, knew exactly to move past our 7.5 check-out PVC cap to the concrete septic lid underneath. He was cheerful, friendly, and informative. He advised 3 to 4 years before calling again. I hope he and Chris will still be with Pile's then! The amount we paid was slightly less than the estimate, based upon what Ryan actually found to pump. Very straight ahead! Pile's is a real find!
