I can hear the footsteps of my upstairs neighbor ( the floor creaking and such) but I've never heard music, the tv, or talking. They keep the grounds very neat. I never see trash. There's no fancy landscaping but the place always looks kept. I've only had one winter here, but they removed the snow well and put down salt. I've had no structural issues. The woman who manages the complex is very helpful and competent. I've had a few needs over the year and they were all taken care of immediately. The only thing is sometimes it's hard to reach her because she's the only person working. So if she's taken a vacation day(s), there's no one else to talk to. But she always leaves a message stating when she's out so you aren't left hanging, wondering why no one has called. I'm happy here. No complaints.
