She was knowledgeable, funny, friendly, and efficient! I experienced the "rapid" tan and this gives you an automatic tan. You can shower (rinse with no soap) about 3 hours after. You then shower 12-24 hours later normally, without shaving. I waited for about 24 hours. I love that you can sleep without the tan getting on your sheets, especially considering ours are white. I got this for an event last weekend and am still loving it! I told her exactly what I wanted, although it was difficult as I had not had a spray tan in probably ten years! She somehow knew exactly what to do, and it was beautiful and natural looking. Almost 6 days later, still tan and beautiful. Me being me, I had plenty of questions. They responded quickly with many answers to ensure my tan would not be affected by what I wore, showering, moisturizers, etc. I highly recommend Tansformations. They have five stars for a reason! I have only been to Sun Tan City one time prior which was months ago so I'm not super familiar with everything and I also don't remember what I got last time. I then asked "did I get a rapid last time?" And she just shook her head and told me my total and only told me to go to room 13. Didn't give me any directions, ask if I needed help or anything just told me to go with no assistance. She ruined my experience and I will not be back. She had an attitude the entire time rolling her eyes with no smile on her face. She is a younger woman and was wearing all black with an "ALO" quarter zip on. Brown hair with freckles and hair in a bun. She kept walking away at the desk so I couldn't even have a conversation with her or even ask for a manager to speak to. I also tried to call the store after the fact and each time it said "you are calling after hours" but it is 12pm on a Saturday, clearly not after hours. I am highly disappointed and will not be back.

She said you need a monthly membership to get unlimited tanning and the tan she recommended was the darkest I could get so I paid $29 more and signed up for the monthly tan which was $59 a.k.a. 72 my first day after the spray tan I did not like it so went on their website and canceled and sent a request to cancel my membership because I didn't like it. Keep in mind she said if I didn't like it I could cancel any time. At the end of the month they build me for $72 so I went in and said I had complained and canceled. They told me tough you get build one month whether you cancel or not . I find this practice deceptive and fraudulent. I would not recommend nor did I go back to get my last tan and the lady told me you've paid for the month go ahead and use it. I don't associate myself with thieves and fraudulent people this is my story. You may have a better results . No I would not recommend and to top it off the last tan lasted only three days and yes, I use the primer. They recommended to make it last longer.

Letting someone online in your home can be a bit scary but I went out to greet her and introduced myself. Once in, she made me feel super comfortable and I entrusted her with the color she thought would be best on my skin tone without over doing it. Once done I had an idea of what it was going to look like after it settled in and it looked perfect. I am super busy and hardly have time to go spend hours by the pool. This was a great solution to my weekend event that I was going to. I got a ton of compliments and loved the way I looked. I came here for their special on spray-tans on Sunday. I did the medium versa spa. I'm pretty pale not crazy pale but definitely not tan. Usually from other tanning salons who have the versa spa I get very tan but I feel like when I was sprayed nothing but air sprayed me. I wasn't sure if the person had given me clear and it would show later but the next day I'm just as pale as I was before. I waited a day to write this to be sure but still no tan. Usually you can feel the spray but this time I did not feel the spray so I am not sure what happened.
