FatBoy catered an event for 60 people on my back patio. The entire experience was professional..and the food was delicious. I and my guests couldn't have been more pleased. I would use them again and I highly recommend them! They were COVID safe and courteous throughout the entire evening. From beginning to end, the process was easy with good communication. I provided information on the size of the party and timing. They provided menu ideas and a price. We agreed upon terms and the contract provided was clear with no "surprises". They arrived 2 hours before the event to set up and begin cooking. Everything was exactly as agreed upon. We had 3 different meats for tacos and all were great. RIce, beans and all the sides you could want were provided. There were left-overs which they packaged up nicely for me. As I said, I'd definitely use them again. This company has ruined my best friends bday party tonight because they forgot about the order which they fail to admit. We came here for a girls weekend to honor my friend her since her dad passed away some time ago. It was a way for all of us to just have a good time. I placed this order on 6/27 with Ariana. I did my part! I signed the contract, and I sent cc authorization per her instructions. They confirmed me for 7/8 at 8p. I have guest here waiting for food to arrive so I contacted them. They operate off of two different numbers. Maybe 1 belongs to the husband and other for wife. I let them know I was awaiting my order. They asked me for my email. After several minutes, they went ghost and wouldn't answer my texts Or calls. Finally they respond later on saying we we didn't get your contract. Lies! I sent the proof of confirmation and show where I successful email the submitted. The next excuse was we didn't process your payment. What the hell that has to do with me and your failure to hold up your end of the agreement. That is failure on their admin (Adriana) because it wasn't mines. I gave her all the info to do so. Whether they did or didn't is on them because they could have charged it at anytime. It still has no baring on the fact they didn't follow through. As people who call themselves running a business i would think if there was concerns or perceived issues they would have emailed or call led me way before the state of service. Instead, I had to Call to ask them about my order but this sounds too much like right because this company is 100% unprofessional. They have ruined my evening and friendship. It's so late I can't find an alternative. They offered tomorrow...but really?!? If I wanted the 9th that's the day I would have confirmed. I don't even know what to tell my friend and guests. This is beyond embarassing. Don't use their services! Otherwise you risk being forgotten about.
