We had taken it to another detailer here in Bend and he did an okay job but the scratches were still visible. Ellis worked with me to tailor a quote that was affordable and met my expectations. He and his assistant Cecil spent over 7 hours here at our home yesterday and went way over and above expectations, rubbing out the scratches, then polishing and waxing.
