Unfortunately dropped off a suit here for next day pickup - which their own system says is ready by 5 pm. Got a call the next morning saying they don't know when exactly the suit will be ready by. They also have no way of tracking where your clothes are and don't give an estimated time to pick up. Called customer service and they said it's going to be closer to 6:30 pm, it's past that time and still no suit. Don't know why next day service is offered, it shouldn't be an option if this is how their operation is run. read more

This was my first time using this company. I dropped off two jackets to be dry cleaned. One had a belt loop which they fixed during the dry cleaning process which was indeed very convenient... however, the two items cost a total of $85.94. There are no prices available at drop off which is my own fault... but geeze! $27 per jacket, $4 per jacket belt, and $14 to sew a tiny belt loop back on. I was shocked. You are paying for convenience here because it is open 24/7 to drop off and pick up and it's right next to a grocery store. Would love to be able to make this my go to store but I just can't with the price. Three stars for convenience. read more

If there's a problem, there's no live person to help resolve it. Everything is handled remotely. You don't know the charge until you pick up your clothes. And if they make a mistake, their robot system becomes a nightmare. They collected $49 to shorten the hem of a dress, which they somehow forgot to do. Instead of a refund of their absurd charge for no work (or an apology), they offered an argument. They wanted to keep the money and for me to send the dress to their central office. Be ware of bait-n-switch pricing! I dropped off a white, satin evening jacket. I shared that it had a few spots I was hoping to address and asked for the price. I was quoted around $14. The price was very important because I bought this jacket on sale and paid less than $30 for it. As a general rule, I don't pay more to clean something than the price I paid. And of course, there are other options to cost-effectively clean a jacket. I was shocked to learn the price was $28.46 (including tax). Of course, this violates my rule and I certainly would have taken it somewhere else had I known. This is also markedly unfair. If a customer is quoted $14 and the price grows to double that amount, they should be called before proceeding with cleaning. I shared my concern with the management team via email, then phone. It took at least three different attempts to finally reach a manager. When we connected, she rationalized their predatory pricing practice, then quoted me a higher price. She went on to share that she had a video with audio that refuted my claim. When asked to produce the video, she went mute. Please, please choose another cleaner! Integrity is paramount. This company has not earned your business or trust. read more

I took 6 items to this store to be cleaned and pressed. They all came back damaged and not cleaned. When we brought up the issues, they told us that it's our problem not theirs. There are plenty of dry cleaners around, just take your items to people that care and want your business. read more

I brought in 11 shirts to be laundered and the girl at the counter took them. The price is normally around three dollars per shirt at all of the dry cleaners including the one behind Outback and next to State Farm. I had someone pick them up and they were charged over $63 for 11 shirts. Calling them they claim that some had to be dry cleaned yet I never had a problem at other cleaners including the one behind Outback. The fact that they do not except cash payments - only credit cards should've clued me in to the possibility of questionable practices. Do you self a favor and check very carefully if you choose to drop your clothes off at this cleaners. The claim ticket they give u will not specify the price. In my opinion the people at the dry cleaners/laundry behind Outback and next to State Farm insurance in the same shopping center have much more integrity. read more

Manager was rude to me when a dress I sent in to be shortened came back the wrong length and I wanted it done right. I ended up being charged twice which was over $50 all together. The kicker is that I bought the dress used for $13. I am five foot tall and therefore have to have lots of alterations done. However, first class cleaners will no longer be receiving my business. I have a coupon for 20% off from them and I attempted to use it. The clerk informed me that coupons can only be used at drop off not at pickup/payment. I'm sure she either has been trained incorrectly or the company has set a policy to intentionally piss off customers. Either way, because my bill was $100, I feel cheated out of $20. There is no sign or any fine print on the coupon stating it must be presented at drop off. When I asked for the manager, I was informed she wasn't at work. To the clerks credit, she maintained her professionalism and courtesy even though I was making my displeasure known. Because I feel they bait and switched me, I will never be returning to this company. My office has onsite dry cleaning pickup through another company and I'll be using them exclusively now. read more

Very disappointed. The store isn't "First Class" when it comes to service. I dropped off four pairs of linen shorts and two dress shirts to be dry cleaned. I was told I could pick up 2 days later. When I returned, the shirts were fine but linen shorts weren't cleaned or ironed correctly. They were just thrown on a hanger sloppy and weren't pressed to what I had previously asked for. When I pointed it out to the employee, she agreed and said she was sorry and embarrassed because the service should have been done correctly. I didn't realize they outsourced the cleaning. She told me to leave it there again and pick it up later, and it would be done correctly. I had already paid for the entire order. When I came back 2 days later, she only had 2 of the 4 ready, and they were still done wrong and she said the other two were out with the outsourced company still getting cleaned. She was sorry again and when I complained, she said she agreed with me and she would talk to the manager about getting me a refund when I came back to pick up the other two. She told me to come back the next day and everything would be resolved. So, I came back again the next day. This time, there was a different employee and the shorts still weren't done correctly. We went over the same story again and he claimed he would talk to the manager about my complaints that day because they had a staff meeting. He took my phone number and said someone would get in touch with me to straighten everything out and get me a refund. I waited a few days to give them time to contact me but I never heard from anyone. So I went back to the store and I was furious. The same employee I last talked to acted like he had never seen me before and asked my why I didn't call the customer service number. I asked again for my refund and he said "Sorry, I can't open the cash register." So, I told him to call his manager to get approval because I paid for the items in cash upfront. He said they would have to cut me a check that would take several days. I refused because I paid in cash and that was how I wanted the refund. After he went back and forth on the phone with the manager (who wouldn't get on the phone with me), he finally got permission to give me a refund. I will never use this business again because my items weren't done properly and it was too much of a hassle to get a refund. Don't let the name and location fool you. Just because it's in a nice neighborhood that doesn't mean you will get good service. read more

This is the short version of my shocking trip to the cleaner. I took about 15 items to be clean and press, which I don't like to iron, 1 suit, 4 men dress shirt, my wife dress pant and top,3 jeans and 4 dress pant; which I have done many times. I general pay 50.00 to 80.00. This trip it cost me 133.00 which some of the shirts old costed more than the value of the shirt. The discount took off only 10.00 which was suppose to be 20%. That is my last trip there. You need to check your price before leaving your clothes. read more

Very disappointed. Took a suit to have a pocket repaired. We were told it would be ready the following Tuesday. When that Tuesday came around the suit was not ready yet. So we came back that Friday only to be told after waiting for ten minutes they "could not find" the suit. We were told to come back the following Monday and the manager would be in. Well today is that Monday and thankfully the suit had been located--with a bill for $24 and no manager in site. Almost a week late and not even being able to locate it, it seems very unprofessional that we were still charged full price for this service. When I brought this up to the young man behind the register he seemed unsure of what to do. I understand that he is not the one to make these judgement calls but had there been more communication between the employees and management maybe a deal could have been worked out where we were not paying full price for less than stellar service. Then, discovered they charged me $36 for these 4 items. At that price, I would expect them to re-inforce the button holes. That is insane, and possibly even price-gouging.
