I've come 5 times to try and have some pants hemmed and a clip fixed. The seamstress is never there. Today I spoke with the owner, Jose, who said she comes when she wants. If I want her to fix my clothing I need to make an appointment. I couldn't believe he wanted me to make an appointment and I expressed that it ridiculous to have to do that. He told me to fk off and came to the door as I was getting in my to give me his name since I said I was going to write a review. He grabbed his crotch and told me to suck it. Very professional. This is the worst dry cleaners I ever been to... I took clothes to be dry cleaned and I totally forgot.about it. When I find the receipt o went to pick it up they told me that my clothes were donated. I know the ticket says that you have to pick it up before 31 days but they have my phone number they could have given me a courtesy call or a friendly reminder. Not going back again read more

Took numerous barely worn shirts to this place to get dry cleaned. What I revived where damaged shirts which a few had no collars lefts or had holes in the shirts. When I complained I was told my shirts are old. If you want yours clothes damaged visit this establishment. The are excellent at destroying shirts. read more

I have been with this place couple of months from now. Every week bring my husband's work shirt for clean . Today I go pick up and drop off two shirts. Now they want to charge me more then 3.29 cause they said material is need dry cleaning and you guy said been cleaning this shirt over over 90 times. Now they said the shirt need special cleaning. CAVEAT EMPTOR - USE THIS CLEANER AT YOUR OWN PERIL! They will nickel and dime you for services you thought were already included with the exorbitant fee you already paid. For example, if you bring in something to be altered, you receive your garment in a crumpled ball. "Oh, you wanted that pressed? That's an extra $______." And if tou DO need that pressed, you'll hear, "Oh, that's not me, that's another department." ANOTHER DEPARTMENT???? Your are supposed to be a full-service dry cleaner? You have separate departments for the various dry cleaning functions? What an incredibly frustrating experience, not to mention the exorbitant fees they charge. IMHO, take your dry cleaning and alteration needs to a different cleaners, don't waste you money, your time, and most importantly your sanity here. They are lucky I can only give as low as 1 star - the time I just wasted writing this review is worth ZERO stars. What a joke. read more

The Easy sweep broom kicks back dirt; you have to keep vacuuming over and over but, still leaves some dirt. It's so much faster and easier to use regular broom and dust pan. read more

I'm very pleased with Klean Smart! First, they do their cleaning IN HOUSE. That is a major plus to me. I don't like to go to places that send their work out. Their employees are super friendly, their prices are fair. I purchased 2 "drop off" bags for $10, and they gave me a $10 credit on dry cleaning services. And now I can just drop off the bags and come back in 2 days and it will be ready for me. It can't get easier than that! I love this place! read more

The good: this place is close and cheap. The bad: where do I begin!! They don't deliver when promised, they lose clothes, they blame YOU for everything THEY do wrong. I will never go back. Here's the story: I use dry cleaning a lot. Every week I have a huge load, and my husband has a huge load. Sometimes it's two weeks, and there can be 30+ pieces in there. Most times, I need same day or next day service. I dropped off clothes that included a blazer I needed for a big meeting. When I went to pick it all up, the only thing that wasn't ready was the blazer! They told me they would have it the next day, which was unacceptable, and too late for my meeting. They blamed ME for not "dropping it off correctly..." Somehow I did it wrong?? Okay, flash forward. I went to pick up another order and noticed a very unique shirt spinning round on the rack... It looked like one I had. It WAS one I had!! I asked her to take it down, and it turns out it was from three months ago!!! They didn't give it back to me in any one of my numerous orders, and never called me to tell me it was still there. They blamed ME for not asking for it with the rest of my clothes... Seriously?? I have to ASK for my clothes back?? By the sheer nature of your business, I give you my clothes to clean, and then I want my clothes BACK, people!! Flash forward another two months. Once again, my clothes were not ready on time. I dropped them off for same day service (Monday) and when I went to pick them up, I was told they would be ready Wednesday... WEDNESDAY!! That is not "same day." So I flip out on the lady, and tell her it's unacceptable. She continues to blame ME for the delay!!! Oh, my heavens, that was not the right thing to do... At that point I start to demand an apology. She stares at me like I'm speaking another language. I ask her to say the words, "I'm sorry." She says nothing. The manager comes over., HE blames me for the delay. I ask HIM for an apology!! No dice. Ten minutes into my rant, a small voice from the back says, "I'm sorry!" I thank the unknown voice, and leave. Never, ever to return again. This place is maddening. I can spend my money elsewhere. read more

Is the Same Day service deadline 11 or 9 on Fridays? At one point it was 11, but I just called and was told 9. And even when I drop it off at 8:55 on weekdays, the employee makes me feel bad. If a deadline is a deadline, then you should be able to take it ANYTIME before the deadline. Sounds like poor work ethic. read more

They do their cleaning @ the store. There staff is friendly and explains everything in detail that you need to know. I had a zipper replaced on my favorite slacks that another (more pricey) dry cleaners broke and said nothing to me about it. I'm paying AFFORDABLE prices for OUTSTANDING results. Cheapest around. The female workers are somewhat friendly; however, the men are not only unfriendly but can come across rude at times. As a paying customer, I felt like I was asking the men for favors to do my dry cleaning at times. I think it's the coupons they kept sending me that kept bringing me back to this place. read more

I would not recommend using this dry cleaner. I am a Northlake Park Resident and I always try to support our community. This dry cleaner lost the jacket to my son's brand new suit (suit was worn once)--and would not take responsibility to replace. They did offer me free dry cleaning (but why would I ever bring more clothing to them?) I would recommend you thinking twice before allowing them to clean your clothes--there are other more reputable dry cleaners in the area. read more

I was guaranteed that it would be done in less than a week and it was, but when I picked it up, the hem was butchered. There wasnt a clean line in sight. They ruined 4 of my tops! They were supposed to fix some holes in 4 pieces of clothing (some are very special pieces of clothing from our honeymoon) and they didn't even fix what I asked for. They just don't care about what they are delivering,a comforter that wasn't dryed all the way and was folded and put in plastic when I got it home it was damp and did not smell clean, brought it back and it still wasn't clean. several times we had clothes that are still wrinkled, pants seams with double iron lines and they let the hem down on a pair of pants and were suppose to clean them also but they ironed over the dirty cuff they let down... ridiculous. you can tell that they just don't care about what they are giving you.looking for a new place to give my business to!! read more
