A wonderful dry cleaner. The prices and fair and they do a great job on my clothes. They can also fix rips and tears and do some alterations like take in a jacket etc... I have never had anything come back in any condition other than great. The coolest pet is they have and ATM like machine so when they are closed, I use my OXXO customer card and it gives me my clothes. It's pretty dope. read more

You know, dry cleaners just don't get the representation that they should. I mean we all go in and drop her clothes off in the hopes... Conveniently located on Narcoossee Road indirect proximity to a couple of my favorite joint... Starbucks and tropical smoothie café. This is a great little center so close to Laureate Park at Eagle Creek that you'll jump for joy. Within this small complex in front of Lowe's and Walmart you'll find XOXO cleaners. I've had nothing but positive experiences there and with the exception of high prices, which in all fairness is a problem across the board with all dry cleaners... They just charge too much. But I digress... So, swing on bye XOXO cleaners here in Lake Nona and for once drop off your clothes for cleaning pressing and or both with confidence that yes you will not only have your items returned as promised, but there's a very good chance that the person there Alexa converse with you like a human being! First off this place is so overpriced compared to the area. Service is super slow because it's one person trying to do it all. My last visit they lost 2 custom shirts and I was told they would contact me, of course they didn't and the phone number online is wrong. I finally got a hold of them and apparently they loca the shirts, we'll see if they show up. Definitely not recommended read more

Used OXXO Care Cleaners multiple times. Always friendly, always helpful staff. My clothes are clean and look better than they were when I purchased them. Could be a bit pricey. The only pet peeve is the lack of parking. But as soon as it's not influencing the quality of service, I'm still giving OXXO well deserved 5 stars. read more

Had a dress repaired and dry cleaned. It was done quickly/when promised and cost was reasonable.

This is a great dry cleaner's located very close to where I live. The service and quality of dry cleaning here is great. When I do come in to drop off my clothes, the staff knows me by my name and always asks how I'm doing. I always prefer my clothes with a heavy starch and they get it right every time. They also have 24 hour pick up and drop off. Just use your key card to access the machine and it will dispense garments that are ready. This is one of the more expensive dry cleaners in Lake Nona, but I'll gladly pay the extra money to get the consistent quality and friendly service. read more

Be careful getting your dry cleaning OXXO ( located on Narcoossee in Starbucks Plaza). I normally don't like to post negative reviews but when the business is dishonest and tries to trick customers, I will not stand for it!! I had an expensive Cashmere sweater($150 value) which was supposed to be dry cleaned (they have dry cleaned this particular sweater before many times). When I picked it up it was shrunken!! They refuse to admit that they messed up. If they had once come out and told me that they made a mistake I'd understand because we're humans. Instead they told me that they followed the directions and it's the sweater manufacturer's fault. Gabriella the store manager was rude on the phone and told me that they will only issue store credit ($75 store credit) if they get to keep the sweater. They were quick to point out that the back of the receipt says that the damaged farmed will get x10 the dry c leaning charge but no where did I see that they keep the garment! When I mentioned it to get she said that it's the rule for any dry cleaning store!! Also she told me that since it's shrink you don't need it any more so you should give it back to us and only then you get the store credit!! Clearly there is no such thing as customer service!! read more

Was a bit skeptical at first but the won me over. The absolute convenience of being able to drop off and pick up my clothes at all hours, that is great. The quality of their cleaning and pressing is as good as others and when I do go in, they are friendly and prompt. At this point they are my go to cleaners in Orlando. read more

If I could give 0 stars for this business I would. I have been there 3 times and have had nothing but problems. This last time they starched a silk shirt and it is now stiff as a board. The manager/owner Gabriella thought it was funny. She said because I picked it up a few weeks ago there was nothing she could do. It is on the hanger, clearly not worn, and still has they're paper tags on it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! read more

I have to admit upon seeing other reviews, I was a bit skeptical of using OXXO for my alterations. With this place being so close to home, I decided to be brave and take a chance. To be honest, these pants were new so I hadn't yet grown attached to them if something went awry. I am so happy I took the chance. The alterations were done to my exact specifications and look great. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and very accommodating! The price was very reasonable as well as the wait time for my items to be picked up. I highly recommend this company for all your alterations! Now, I need to go buy a shirt I'm not yet attached to and see if the dry cleaning services are up to par! read more
