So the seems like about avg pricing maybe on the lower side of a monthly service... There staff are very friendly and professional as well, I think ive only had one issue, and the staff made took care of it and made it better. We have had prolly 3 Technicians so far, complained about the 2nd because we starting having him more , but I saw him skip my main fence, complained about it, and they sent other guy, Devin. We Really Appreciate Devin, and his work. he is very professional but very friendly.. I welcome Devin back anytime, if any thing I request it.. lol, we really like him and his service, All in all i really like Next Gen Pest Control , and you should try them out im sure you will be happy with there work, and service....

This company was prompt to respond to our request and made a thorough outside and ugh, inside assessment determining rats had gotten into our attic through eave vent and lots more under the home. They gave us a fair estimate and said they would come out frequently, until all of the rats were gone. They plugged up all the ingress/egress holes thoroughly and each employee, from answering the phone and email question, to Mitchell, Eroldo, Bernardo and Alex on site, has been nothing but helpful and kind. Very pleased with the results thus far and I can recommend this Pest company highly as great value and results.

Such a great start to a business relationship! My next appointment a month later was scheduled between 8a-12p. I understand these windows are common practice so no big deal. I took some time off from working 60-70 hours a week as I needed to get this done. I waited until 12:20p with no calls, no voicemails and no text messages and left to go and continue my day. While driving to work I spent 45 mins on hold and spoke to the technician who showed up at 12:35 pm and said he called me 3 times. (No missed calls, no voicemails, no texts) Finally talked a nice woman who eased my frustrations and told me the supervisor of the local branch would reach out to me on Monday as the supervisors don't work weekend afternoons which is totally understandable. I agreed not to cancel my service before speaking to a supervisor on Monday. Here it is Tuesday morning and no supervisor calls. I am a very patient and understanding person as long as communication is present. I'm not upset with anyone tbh. This is just a lack of communication. I would NOT recommend A-1 Exterminators…read more I hired them during the purchase of my home to perform an inspection. The technician, Richard, noted some issues, including some plumbing concerns--but completely failed to identify a major leak in the guest bathroom tub drain. After closing escrow, we discovered that when the tub is used, water pours out from the drain. This is not a subtle or hidden issue--it's very obvious and would have been caught if basic due diligence had been done (simply running water through the drain). I have video evidence of the leak. When I contacted the company to address this, Richard was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the oversight, he hid behind a disclaimer that they are "not plumbers." That response is unacceptable. This wasn't a complex plumbing diagnosis--it was a clear, visible defect that should have been identified during any reasonable inspection. Between the missed issue and the unprofessional, disrespectful response, I have zero confidence in their services. Save yourself the stress and hire a company that stands behind their work.

Our front yards smelled musty, earthy and smelled awful. There were like a millions of flies (not…read morereally, I just felt like it) flying around the front doors. I googled and AI told me that I have termites!!! So I called Orkin to come out to check. Michael Hang, Orkin Home Services Inspector, came out the next day to do a FREE inspection. He told me that we don't have termites but he gave us free advice on how to resolve our problems: trimming down some of our trees in the front yards. Pruning improves airflow and reduces damp, shady, or decaying spots where flies breed. He also told us to remove the fly traps we put up to catch the flies because dead flies can attract more flies and dead flies smell like a rotting carcass. Then when he assured with us that we did not have other issues/problems we were concerned about, he's ready to leave because he's there to provide us with his services. Because he looks earnest and didn't push their services on me, I asked him about their regular pest controls services and costs. Holy smokes!! They provide the same services as the pest control company I previously used for 10+ years for less!! Unbelievably great prices!! Best part was, I do not need to deal with the problems I experienced with my last pest controls company. No AI when I call, but real person to talk to.

Sean took the time to inspect my mom's home and carefully identified where the rodents were coming from. When I told him I noticed there were a few mice/rats around the backyard about 2 weeks ago, when we had some hot weather. Unfortunately, there were plenty of mice/rats and some babies in a pot, but he explained the situation clearly and made sure I understood what was going on and what needed to be done when he found them in our broken BBQ set-up in the backyard. I also really appreciated how professional, respectful, and detailed he was while servicing my home. He helped ensure the house was properly de-webbed and treated to keep it roach-free. These people suck. Beware of the door to door over promise and under deliver scamming tactics. Even "loosely" going over "details" of your agreement and conveniently scrolling past the fine print when they need you to sign. I should have known better. Then, they show up for 10 minutes every couole months and specifically ignore the work you ask to be performed. Then if you try and cancel your services they throw back at you that you signed up for a year and if you dont keep paying them there is a cancellation service. Do not ever use these people. Very poor customer service, and very sketchy business practices.
