Termite inspection, our bathroom suffered water Damage and when they were drying out the damage, removed flooring and said he saw small termite damage. I called California pest control and James Ochsner, came inspected and said there was no termites, free inspection!! When we moved in to our house, we had some ants in the backyard. I had tried to spray with regular insecticide. Month after month same thing. They were still around. During our child's birthday party the kids were playing with water balloons and apparently the ant nest was right under the faucet. Several ant covered kids later, I decided I needed to call for the pros. I called California Pest Control. The technician came out and we talked about what bugs we had and where they were. Let's just say no we don't have any bugs. No ants. Then at some point a rat got in to our garage and decided to turn it into a bathroom and a buffet. I tried snap traps, sticky traps, the zapper trap and I got nothing. This went on for a few months. I finally had Michael Huber our technician pull up to take care of our monthly service. I asked him about rats and if they took care of them. He advised me yes they did and that it was part of the service. I showed him where I had seen the rat and where the droppings were. He place 4 traps and said that should do it. He said he would not doubt if we would catch it that night. The next morning I woke up and walked out to the garage and there it was. In one of the traps. I definitely recommend California Pest Control if you have any pests. Especially Michael if you have rats. read more

For what it's worth, this is a late review. I contacted California Pest Control about a rat issue in my first floor celing about 6 months ago. They told me they would take care of it in 5 trips, if not additional free trips. Yes they did catch rats, but they never completely got rid of them like they said they would in the 5 + additional complementary trips. They kept trying to get me on service which I did not want. One time Garrett (my technican) didn't even show up. I did not get a call from Garrett or the company, very unprofessional in my opinion. read more

I would recommend California Pest Control to anyone that has problems with unwanted critters. We are on a bimonthly program and our technician (Anthony S.)does an excellent job. He sprays the outside of our home and cleans any cobwebs. He asks if we notice any signs of insects around the home, and if we did, he treats that area. We had a minor ant invasion inside early this spring and I phoned in a request for service. Our contract covers additional services and that day a technician came to our home located the problem area and treated it. He explained what we would see for the next few days and the problem was resolved just as he explained. I have used California Pest Control twice and I have nothing bad to say . They are professional and super nice. The first time I called for their service , I was having some termite problems and they were honest about the situation, they gave me different options to choose from and prices were reasonable . They actually saved me lots of money by detecting a water leakage that was under my bathroom , they even took pictures of where the leak was coming from.
