God has his hands inside this facility, and I am so appreciative of behind the scenes support that I have needed to be able to sleep at night. They never rush me, and take the time to listen. They are always punctual...and I never felt like they left me hanging. Don't hesitate to come here. It's been what I needed. I only hope I can give back one day!

Office experience: they advised I go to the emergency room. At the emergency they laughed and couldn't understand why urgent care could not have explained how to clean with a wet/ dry dressing and antibiotics. My thoughts are that the experience and skill to handle these things is not at this location. Maybe coughs and sniffles. I'm going to ask for my money back as I had to pay an urgent care visit and an emergency room visit.

There is no communication between the two places where there should be because if no one can communicate with the other, that could mean that someone may die if proper communication is not made! There's got to be a better system in place for communication so everyone knows what is happening with the patient and everyone will know what care the patient is receiving. It would save a lot of time and energy in having to repeat why the patient or care taker is calling if the hospital and doctor's office can communicate!

For the two weeks I was there I was treated with such a great host of staff members in multiple positions. you all really took care of me in so many ways. I felt the concern of my well being, pleasant and joyful in serving me. From nurses, doctors, therapists, dialysis, food service, housekeeping , others in the hallways were very friendly.
