She is so warm, funny, talented and beautiful and she makes you feel special and pretty. She's literally one of the sweetest people I've ever known. Now, let's talk extensions. I've wanted them forever - I have pretty thin hair that does not like to grow past my shoulders. Amy and I met for the consult and played with all the color swatches (so fun!). We took some time making sure we had the right colors because once you order the hair you can't change the color. The colors turned out ah-maz-ing. It takes a few hours to install but the time flies by because Amy and I are just chatting away and having fun. The end result seriously brought me to tears. It took some getting used to because the hair feels like another appendage when you never had much hair before. I thought the bonds would be uncomfortable to sleep in but they are not - I don't even really notice them anymore. With my hair being thin I was worried about stressing it out and causing it to weaken my natural hair and creating long term damage. That is always a risk when you color, use heat or anything really, so I just try to be super careful that I don't tug the hair too hard, get it stuck under my purse strap, let my kids pull on it, etc. I always kinda have my guard up now, lol, but it's so worth it. When I went in for my first lift (about 4 weeks post-install) Amy moved a couple of pieces around based on my feedback/questions, shaped the front a little and made it look more amazing! She also looked for signs that my hair roots were getting stressed out or if I was being too rough on the bonds. So she really goes the extra mile to have you looking fab and keep your natural hair healthy. And, because you are investing in this hair, don't skimp on the quality hair care products. Whatever Amy suggests you get, just get it. They have an amazing line of Kevin Murphy products and she set me up with everything I needed. It is pricey, but if you skimp you won't get a very long life out of your hair. This is like a dream come true. My hair has always been one of the things I disliked most about myself and as silly as it might sound, these extensions have changed my life. When it was done, I was offered a mirror to look at the back of my hair. It looked too much like a bowl cut for my taste, so I let her know. She told me that's how she thought I wanted it. No big deal! She spent a couple minutes cutting the back of my hair and then basically sent me on my way. Didn't offer to show me the back again, or ask if I liked it. I ended up being disappointed when I got home and it was still giving bowl cut a little. And the haircut was $30 for just a trim, no wash! Tl;dr I didn't feel like my wants were taken into account, I felt like they wanted me to get in and out as fast as possible so they could take my money. Wouldn't go there again. Be ready to advocate for yourself if you go.

I have been going to Laura for about 2 years now and this review is long overdue. Laura really takes the time to listen to my needs and complaints and gives me honest and solid advice. The manager who checked me out was very transactional and didn't seem interested in helping. I asked about matching the online price, and instead of offering a solution, he had me place an online order, even though the item was right there in the store. That left me feeling brushed off and unwelcome. He had an attitude and was just really rude. I think customer service and flexibility at this location need serious improvement.
