I finally asked him "why are you on your phone?!" to which he seemed surprised, denying it and then pushed his phone back from where he thought he had it hidden under an arm pillow. Now less than 48hrs after spending $95 inc tip, my gel x is chipping and I haven't done anything - no gym, no dishes, etc. And even if I had, they should not be chipping! This is not ok. She did ask if I wanted to add on additional service but when I declined there was no pressure and she went on with the service I had initially requested for. The only con I can think of during my experience was that when choosing the color for my gel, I felt a bit pressured as he was standing next to me as if waiting to hurry and pick the color.
