I have never been comfortable around needles or been a big tolerant of pain in my mouth, but with DR. Chadha i have yet to feel any discomfort. He even took my cavities out with NO NEEDLES and absolutely no pain. I also had my wisdom teeth taken out at his office, and I can be a testament to how seamless the process was and how quickly I was done with no unexpected discomfort. All around he's great. My whole family of over 20+ people go there. He is the best dentist you will find. He knows what he's doing and is a USC graduate. He is an expert at his craft and it trickles down to his medical staff, as they are just as professional and efficient as him. I have dual PPO insurance, and I know deep cleanings are covered, yet I was still charged a significant out-of-pocket amount. I was never informed that a laser would be used, nor that it would be an additional charge per quadrant. I assumed it was part of the standard procedure. This was never discussed or consented to prior to treatment. Even more concerning, my son and I were separated and taken to different rooms, and they proceeded to do multiple fillings on my son without ever informing me how many were needed or asking for my consent. No one came to explain the treatment plan before starting, during my own procedure, or afterward. As a parent, this is completely unacceptable. At no point was I given a clear treatment plan or cost breakdown for either of us. Despite having dual insurance coverage, I was still charged $621 out of pocket. When I asked for an itemized receipt, I was told they could not provide one, which is a huge red flag. This office feels extremely money-driven, with poor communication and questionable consent practices. I truly regret not paying closer attention to the reviews before booking here. Transparency, consent, and trust are critical in healthcare--and this office failed on all three. Please avoid this place and protect yourself and your family.

The team prepared me thoroughly, and I appreciated the guidance to wear comfortable clothes and a short-sleeve shirt. I was asleep during the procedure, and everything went smoothly with no pain. My older son picked me up around 11:30 AM and drove me home, as I wasn't allowed to drive afterward. I rested for the remainder of the day. What really stood out to me was the level of care that Dr. Bak personally called me later that afternoon to check on how I was doing and answered all my questions. He was incredibly patient and supportive. Anna was also amazing and went above and beyond in communicating with me throughout the entire process. In early February, I returned for a gum graft, and just this morning I had my final visit. Everything looks beautiful, and I can now continue treatment with my regular dentist. Once that side is complete, I'll definitely be returning to Dr. Bak to start another implant on the other side. I wasn't expecting much, but Doctor Li discovered three cavities, two of which required quite extensive dental work. Doctor Li proceeded to take the necessary x-rays while walking me through his intended plan to repair these cavities. His experience and expertise in this field truly showed as he guided me through the procedures with excellent bedside manner to ease any of my concerns, questions, and worries. A couple days later, I came in to get my first ever filling done. My dental history involves a healthy amount of trauma ranging from extreme pain DURING wisdom teeth extraction as well as other instances of numbing agents not really doing their jobs. However, not only did I feel little to no pain during the filling, I left with a lot of my trauma alleviated. Doctor Li and his dental assistants did a great job calming me down and helping me stay relaxed and at ease throughout all of the dental work.
