Very organized front office staff. Very helpful, and they worked with my dental insurance company prior to my appointment, so everything was pre-approved (I did have a co-pay of 50%). The bridge they replaced due to a cavity was of excellent quality. Good dentist. read more

First of I would take off that man's pic(the one standing with the dentist) from yelp. Should have seen that toothless man pic and figured out this place was no good. Had an appt at 10:15. Was told dentist is running late and would not be in for at least 3 hrs or so. Place is filthy, old equipment, a few girls running around trying to fit in patients in a small place. During Covid that's a definite NO No. went back and read reviews, which I should have before I went in, and realized a lot of bad, negative reviews. Agree place is rundown, old equipment etc etc Find a different dentist, unless you want an infection from this one read more

If I could give this place a negative 5 I would. The place is filthy so if you want a staph infection then go right ahead or some rare form of flesh eating gum disease. I just loved seeing old blood stains on some of the equipment as I got my teeth cleaned. Also, if you have nothing better to do than waste 4-5 hours per dental visit even for a simple exam or cleaning ... this is your place! Ding ding! Lastly, if you are a cash or self paying customer and are make money above the poverty line, then they will try to charge you super high prices for less than mediocre quality work. This dentist was recommended to me by two coworkers. I was looking for a dentist that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg just to get my mouth looked at. I looked at reviews first and was kinda iffy if I should come in due to the mixed reviews. But honestly so glad that I took a chance. I can't speak for anyone else but myself, but my experience was great. The Dr was very nice, staff was excellent, the office was clean, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I came in due to my wisdom teeth killing me and figured I'd just get it looked at and book an appointment to get them taken out, to my surprise the Dr was able to take them out that day. Literally took like 5 min to take out. I didn't wait long either when I arrived. But I honestly recommend this dentist, great cost, clean, and great service. After care explained as well. Nice dental service. But the wait is so long. Had an appointment for 6 but ended up going in the room by 8. But they got my cavities filled. The lady in the front is also nice. Dr chadha is also nice. Just the wait time is really annoying. I feel bad for the lady in the front desk. She doesn't know how long the dentist is going to take and tries her best to give out perfect timings but people end up getting angry at her for waiting longer. I don't know how others gave this place a 5 star rating. I have had only terrible experiences with this guy. Like Princess B mentioned, appointments never mattered. I visited this place twice back in 2012 only to wait 2 hrs to get into the consultation room and wait for another 30-45 mins for Mr Chada to see me. I hate to say this, I won't even call him as a doctor coz, all those 4-5 fillings he did, had to be redone. Those fillings were just useless. He was on phone for the entire time while filling my cavities (really!?!) making appointments and over booking them for the same time. when i asked him, why did you give someone else the same time you asked me to come in couple days later, all he did was smile and said oh you come in, i will take care of your teeth. That was the last time and never visited again. I didn't even care to cancel my appointment that was scheduled for 2 days later as he was overbooked anyway and won't have time to notice who didn't show up to the appointment. The tools they use were mostly dirty and i want to slap myself even now for going to that place twice. I totally forgot to write a review for them and what made me write this review now ?? i received a call few minutes ago reminding me that I am due for my cleaning. Sure, after more than 4 yrs???!!!?..definitely!!! If you ever care here is my suggestion, if you want to be a doctor, be one and be professional. use clean tools for your patients. respect your patients and their time. don't over book for money and not bother when they are waiting in the seating area. read more

Dr. C & his staff have A+ attitudes and truly show deep dedication and passion for what they do. I've been coming here for months . When I had my cavity filled in, I had to first take an oral shot to numb the area, and when I thought he was about to stick the needle in my mouth , it was already done, absolutely painless !!! i was a patient here about 6 years ago where i got braces. they left me with a gap in my front tooth, which i never had before and glue from my braces are still on the surface of my teeth after 6 years. they made my teeth worse. waited almost 2-3 hours to see the dentist and waited an additional 30min-1 hour in the room as well. there are so much better dentists and orthodontists out there that don't waste your time and money. His assistant is wonderful though. Always apologized for the amount of time it took and tried his best to keep me satisfied throughout my duration here. Very nice man. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Had my 4 wisdom teeth pulled out & not only was that experience horrible. They sent me home without explaining any aftercare or giving me any pain meds. I couldn't ask questions as I was still under & my mouth was full of gauze. Went home with no clue as to what to do & ended up with 2 dry sockets! Get this! Had to go see another dentist as Dr. Chadha & his whole crew went on vacation & didn't tell me. They completely left me in the dark! Will never go back! read more

First of all, we had an emergency situation 30 minutes before closing time on a saturday, and he answered the phone and told us to come down. When we got there, there was a little waiting, and then, both he and his assistant took great care of my son. He took care of other things we were not even aware of - which really needed some serious attention! I'm so thankful that we were able to see him and get the problems taken care of. Dr Chadha was super gentle and very kind as well as professional. His staff was awesome and sweet as well. What a great group! I would highly recommend this place. Dr. Chadha AKA DR. C or The BEST DENTIST EVER!! Dr. C is the best dentist you will find! he takes care of his patients and makes sure that everyone is treated with the same care and detail. I have never been comfortable around needles or been a big tolerant of pain in my mouth, but with DR. Chadha i have yet to feel any discomfort. He even took my cavities out with NO NEEDLES and absolutely no pain. I also had my wisdom teeth taken out at his office, and I can be a testament to how seamless the process was and how quickly I was done with no unexpected discomfort. All around he's great. My whole family of over 20+ people go there. He is the best dentist you will find. He knows what he's doing and is a USC graduate. He is an expert at his craft and it trickles down to his medical staff, as they are just as professional and efficient as him. I always look forward to seeing Dr. C and his team at his office particularly Roger and Danny, Who are always on point and eager to help. i have always been satisfied with Dr. Chadha's work, i had my root canal, then crown done which was fitted perfectly.

I agree with those who wrote and said they wish they could give him no stars. The office is filthy, the bathroom is disease ridden, the appointments are never timely and the work is terrible. He pushes off appointment weeks even though you tell him you are in pain. The experience I had with a partial denture was a nightmare. Two years and the denture still doesn't fit right and he will not make good on his work. I am in pain, and wish I had the resources to sue. This man should have his license taken away. read more

All he cares about is money although he does not charge much he takes 5 patients at a time just to make up for it. He does not care about his patients. i always trusted dr. chadha, he seems like a very loving and caring person which is important when u have somebody as a dr. or dentist. the only problem i had was i got 2 amalgam fillings replaced with composite fillings and i cant chew anything slightly hard whatsoever and it has been 8 days now. i went back and they said it was because the filling had to b drilled down so my bite would b good but i knew that wasent the problem because my top and bottom teeth dont even touch each other when i am chewing. i am hoping it goes away soon, i am thinking it is not the dentists mess up but maybe my teeth r just still sensitive from the drilling/trauma they have endured. read more
