Some things can wait but a leaking water heater and flooding basement is not one of them. Scheduling can be tricky for some other types of appointments though with need for repeated confirmations sometimes sent to the wrong number and sometimes delays in technician arrival due to traffic which can affect my ability to work from home but overall happy with their services thus far.
