This company makes it so difficult to pay them, they don't offer automatic payments through their…read moresystem or even easy online payments, so that when you miss it they late fees are insane. They take advantage of that fact and haven't updated their system to handle it. It's beyond frustrating there isn't another option for a service provider. If you are looking for automated payments, the closest thing I found is connecting my bank to pay my bill through my banking service. I'll be happy once they update their site that's from the early 2000s. They claim their site can't handle payments... yet the person who developed their site has the exact same layout and takes payments via his site... just seems like an excuse and pure laziness/greed on the owners part.

Before green-lighting the project, I phoned the references of the owner, Cesar Lara, and sat down with him for about an hour to talk about how he would approach the project. During that meeting, I came to understand the depth of Cesar's knowledge of his profession and his dedication to doing a good job. This impression was borne out in practice. His crew has worked together for years and obviously know what they're doing. They hit no utility lines. Several neighbors commented on their professionalism. A project of this size always runs into wrinkles, and that, I think is the best test of the people you're working with. Cesar responded to each unforeseen circumstance quickly and with honesty and integrity. He approached me for extra money only when the city extended the area require to be re-cemented, something we had already agreed would be an add-on. After the fact, I learned that Cesar installed a higher quality pipe than my other bids called for. All in all, I would chose Full Bore again even without the incentive of a lower price.
