The day of the appointment, we received a precall 20 minutes before his arrival. Travis, at our door presented himself in a professional manner. He respected our home by first putting on his boot covers. He kept us informed of his progress, and worked efficiently. We were impressed enough that we purchased their maintenance plan. In the future, we would much rather have a Sharp Long technician, than other HVAC company representatives in our past. Travis didn't push us at all about the age or dirty condition our furnace room or furnace. (It had been neglected for quite awhile). Sharp-Long has been servicing our heating and cooling systems (and replaced when necessary) for probably 20 years or more. We also carry a system maintenance contract with them, so they check our Furnace and A/C before the start of the seasons. They have always sent knowledgeable, polite servicemen. Sharp Long installed a new Amana furnace in my home on 01/24/2018. They did a fantastic job. The house is warm again! Sharp Long has also in the past installed a hot water heater, air conditioner and coil in my home. I've never had any trouble from their installations. They work the first time. Their installers are very nice and don't leave a mess. They put down protective covering on the places they walk on. I would give the installers a 10 plus if there was a place to do that. read more
