I called here and he got me right in, and within an hour and 15 minutes he was done with a job that could've taken a normal mechanic 2-3 hours, and it was done perfectly. He took the time afterwards to explain to me some different things to keep an eye out with my vehicle, and also certain maintenance that needs to be kept up that I may have not been used to with my previous vehicle. All that to be said, he was super nice, but all in all a fantastic person and mechanic. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else, not even the dealership!

Bill McCulley got everything approved right away at a payment I wanted! Ivan Greiner was very helpful and knowledgeable! My only issue and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I don't believe my car was actually cleaned. There was dirt and mud still on my tires as they were the day before. There was mud and dirt on the pedals. There were scuff marks on the drivers door and kick panel. There was residue from the window stickers still on the window. Just kinda disappointing. Separately we leased a Pilot 6 months later and my sale associate did a great job, it was finance that took the longest. Fast forward to 3 years later and my husband's lease ending. His sale associate reached out about getting him in a new vehicle etc. Husband said that he needed a larger vehicle that Honda doesn't offer. Radio silence from sales associate. Not even "understand, thanks for your business". We followed Honda Financials guidelines for turning in the vehicle--inspection, return car to a Honda dealership with return receipt that both parties sign and have mileage on, the dealership is to submit that, and we call Honda Financial to let them know the car has been returned. Now we're being charged $1300+ (2 more months of car payments for a car we returned 2 months ago) because dealership says they don't have the car. The receipt proves that wrong and Honda Financial is resolving on their end. We send a letter saying it's disappointing and infuriating that this happened and it's not a complicated process. It's never happened with any other car we leased Honda or not. We hear nothing from the dealership. So for pretty basic sales attention and a huge hassle returning a leased vehicle, we'll find somewhere new when my lease is done.

To my shock, when I retrieved my vehicle, they had damaged my antenna cover--totally unacceptable! When I returned to have it fixed, they informed me of a billing mistake on their end and insisted they wouldn't give me my car back until I settled an outstanding balance of over $800! They refused to negotiate and treated me like I was at fault. I felt cornered and completely disrespected. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!

Since it was on the way back to the freeway anyway, we didn't think it hurt to stop in quickly. Our salesperson was Zach, who was very young and frankly, we had to guide through much of the process. My husband told him what he was looking for and Zach located a CX-5 and brought it out and my husband loved it. Having already done his research on the car, he was okay with moving ahead if we could agree on a price. During the test drive, Zach had told us that they were really motivated to sell since it was so close to the end of the year but when it came time for price, he told us there was no markup on the car. If that was really true, why do we even have to talk about price? We went through a couple rounds of negotiations (it really felt like my own personal version of "Deal or No Deal," minus the ladies) and finally came to a price that was close enough to what we would have gotten through Costco Auto, but not before they tried to push the various protection plans on us and some inconsistencies in the financing percentage. As we really were not expecting to buy a car, we explained that we had a party to attend and we needed to be out in about 75 minutes. If that wasn't doable, we would have to come back another day. They did not meet that time, but got close. Though we would have been out sooner if Jeanne in Financing did not try to resell us all of the same things that we declined with Zach, plus some extras. I do appreciate their working quickly to get us out on a Saturday night, but did not love the back and forth where we talked to Zach and Zach talked to his boss and came back with another offer. And please, I've been driving since before Zach was born, of course there is markup on the car!
