You could tell most of these chimney companies just wanted to cash in. Integrity Chimney guys wanted to preserve the history and recommended a tuck point which turned out fantastic. They are experts in what they do and are trustworthy and fair. Their communication is also top notch, constantly communicating anything that comes up. Guess what - he did not show up the next week and then just stopped responding to my texts. I understand that delays come up but why is it my responsibility to have to repeatedly contact him when no one shows up on the scheduled date again and again? If something comes up, LET ME KNOW! And if you don't want to do it, LET ME KNOW! After a month of having my texts ignored, we gave up on him and contracted with the city to do the repair.
